This is the best Asian food I have ever had, and by far the best Karma location. The portions are large, the staff is kind, and every time we sit at the sushi bar, we are given something new to try for free.

Came here for the first time with high expectations given friends’ recommendations. Husband ordered the hot pot and enjoyed it. Oldest had sushi and liked it.
My younger two sons and I ordered hibachi shrimp, chicken, and steak plates. The shrimp had a good portion. The steak was well flavored. However, the chicken and steak were such small pieces of meat and not a hibachi sized portion. The hibachi style meal came with thin vegetables and white rice as well as a starter soup and salad. But the only thing hibachi about the meal was the sides and starters. The sauce was thick and not like hibachi normally is.
Overall, I’d say skip the hibachi meals. Our total bill with tip was over $200 for the 5 of us and one alcoholic drink (that was not very good). The service and atmosphere were great.

I have been to alot of restaurants over that past few years and this place is hands down the best place I have gone for food in a very long time, everything we had was amazing, esp the pork fried rice, its the best tastiest rice I have ever had in my life and that was just the rice. I would def recommend this place, I dont drink and the drinks they were making looked delicious. Just saying… oh make sure you call and make a reservation if you want to go on a weekend, about 45 min wait

Everything was delicious! Presentation of the dishes was beautiful. My favorite is the tuna pizza. Service was good. Maybe alittle more alert of the guests but overall recommend.

Karma is absolutely fantastic.
The food is consistently delicious, and the menu offers a wide variety of options, making it easy for everyone at the table to find something they love. The quality and flavor are always exceptional.
The interior of the restaurant is comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal whether for a casual dinner or a special occasion.
I also have a gluten allergy, and they handle it extremely well. They are knowledgeable, accommodating, and offer plenty of gluten free options, which makes dining there stress free and enjoyable.

When we arrived, we couldn’t see inside, so we thought the restaurant was closed. But we opened the door anyway, and there were staff members! We asked them if they hadn’t opened, but no one answered. A younger woman at the counter asked if we had a reservation, but her expression was completely blank, no smile or expression at all.
We said no, and she didn’t even try to chat with us. Then, out of nowhere, someone appeared behind us and led us to our table.
The food was amazing, and the waitstaff were super friendly. But the first impression was definitely not great. I’m hoping they can give their front desk staff some training so they can create a more welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks in.
Ps-The same person at the counter didn’t say goodbye or anything when we were leaving the restaurant.

Place is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, and the food is top-notch. Every dish was well presented and packed with flavor, from the fresh sushi to the perfectly cooked entrees. The cocktails were amazing too! Service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. This location is my go-to.

I have had good reviews about this place through my friend and visited this. The place and ambience were great with many food options, but the food was not up-to the expectations. We ordered both veg fried rice and chicken entree out of both veg fried rice was very bland and we couldn’t finish and chicken was better compared to fried rice. I will probably visit this place again to try different menu items.

It was a fantastic meal and I’m excited to come again in the near future. The fish in my sushi was high quality, clean, and tasted fresh. The chicken and riced were both cooked to perfection. Too many restaurants overcook rice and ruin it. This bowl was perfect.

We truly enjoyed our dining and drinks at Karma Westford. I had Tipsy tea and my date had a lovely glass of red wine. We love the wall decoration that looks like a river made of rocks. The duck nap buns were delightful!
