Built in the 1940’s, Karl’s Cabin is historic log cabin roadhouse restaurant, bar, live music venue & banquet facility. We offer Rustic American style comfort food. Local favorites with a twist! Our seasonal menu is the heartbeat of our restaurant. Our Chef’s take great pride in using fresh locally sourced food and our servers will “wow” you with their customer service. For live music we offer Dueling Pianos and host our house bands with regularity. Our banquet room, The Lodge, seats up to 120 guests and is perfect for your next event. In the summer kick back and enjoy our garden patio complete with fireplace. We have been serving Metro Detroit for 40 years and truly look forward to your next visit.

It was our first time there, very nice place, large dinning area, cozy decore,service and food was great. I had the walleye, my Greenbeans could have cooked more, I sent them back and they cooked them more, but the rest of my meal and everyone else’s dinner was top notch! We will definitely go back again.

First time dining here, and it was a lunch treat and wedding gift from our church friends. The place has a very homey and cozy vibe. The food was excellent! I also noticed the parking lot was pretty full, which says a lot about how popular and often fully booked this restaurant is.

I have been a few times & have never been disappointed! The atmosphere is great & the staff is friendly! The baked mozzarella sticks are the best I’ve ever had, though, I do think the size of them have gotten smaller (but I understand!). Look forward to every visit!

Great menu and great service. Had an older gentleman serve my group and he was amazing. Haven’t had such good service in a while. He explained the menu very well, recommend lots of great options and he told us a great story about Johnny Cash eating here and recommended the mac and cheese order he had. So 4 of us ordered it! It was spectacular. The apps were delicious, drinks were amazing (I got red sangria). Overall 10/10 service and great vibe. Wish I remembered the waiters name so I could specially call him out but he was working yesterday evening!

I ordered Lobster Ravioli and it was very delicious. It was noted the champagne cream sauce in my Lobster dinner was a little too rich for my tummy. I would recommend for the sauce to be placed on the side. I will definitely return to this awesome restaurant.

Everything was top notch! The menu seems seasonal, which i love ❤️ service was exceptional! I you know it’s good here when its 4pm on a Tuesday and it’s still a busy place. I will be bringing multiple here for sure.

Mason, Kathleen and the crew were fantastic. We had a reservation for a large group after a memorial and they were prepared, attentive and very nice. Having Celiac, they made sure they told me which foods I could and couldn’t eat.

We had a fantastic experience. Sean, our server was fantastic. The cozy atmosphere was perfect for the cold, winter, evening. The manager preemptively handled a situation before we even had to say anything. We will go back when we are in the area

Stopped in for lunch with a colleague and a customer and I had the Jambalaya which was great. We also shared some Calamari and that was also very good. This place was crowded so I’m glad a made a reservation a few days in advance.
The staff were very friendly and seemed happy to work there. I will go back with my wife and try something different. I recommend this place.

Everything was awesome! We went on a cold night and I made the rookie Michigan newby mistake of sitting by a window, so I was cold. But other than that, great experience. Picture is of fried, (lightly breaded) cheese. Delicious!
