Horrible service. My Cuban sandwich came without pork. When I asked the worker to add pork as it says in the menu, she told me that the HAM is made of pork…
We also asked a cappuccino coffee and they served us a pastry saying that was the cappuccino. The waitress got mad at us when we asked her to take the pastry back and bring the coffee.
Soda from the fountain was without carbonation.

I want to share my experience here at karlas ,Mileidy is incredible her energy her way of treating the customers is one of a kind in a city that is hard to find genuine customer service . She is incredible every time that i come in here maybe its been a tough night or a rough day and she transmits that energy that only she can show with her amazing coffee she is prepares and her smile makes anyone day. Beautifully decorated and place was nice and clean. We came in late about 4pm so as you can see the bakery items we getting slim. We got the variety pack and also the coconut pastry and it’s the best I ever had. Perfect crust buttery crispy and nice and soft creamy coconut inside Ordered the Cortadito coffee and it was delicious definitely recommend this bakery! The Cuban sandwiches looked delicious also would have to come back to try!
