They are open! Ordered some cyclones and mushrooms. Our order got messed up but no worries! The people who work here are ALWAYS courteous and patient even if you take a minute to order. They fixed our order, of course. We will be going back throughout their open season. Great customer service, tasty food, in only a short drive. Great job girls and guys!!!

The rest of the food is cheap frozen food quickly prepared and sold at a premium. Our order was inaccurate.

The Karette has been a favorite of mine for decades. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. The food takes a bit to be prepared and cooked but is served hot and fresh so it is worth the wait. They added an awning to the picnic area years ago that makes it a treat to enjoy your food outside.

Definitely not impressed with this place! The 2 staff we encountered were very rude and seemed like they hated their jobs. It took over 25 minutes to get our order for 3 people out. Our motel was about a 2 minute drive, and everything was cold by the time we got there to eat. The burger patty tasted as if it had soy fillers and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old, dirty grease. Our toddler who loves basically all food took a few bites and was done. We ended up having to feed him another meal from somewhere else because he was still hungry. They forgot 1 order of fries and a drink, but we didn’t want to deal with another long wait or their attitudes again, so we just called it a loss.

OMG!!!!! My hubby and I ordered two amazing cheeseburgers & a large onion rings to share. We couldn’t even finish the whole thing! The food was SOOO delicious! Everything tasted homemade and the servings were great! Oh & it cost less than $12!!!!!! Highly recommend!! Deserts are Devine!

$24 for two cheeseburgers and fries. Then tell us that we didn’t order drinks or ice cream even after we were told that the only options were small or large. Girl then proceeds to tell us that it’s not written on the ticket so that’s why we didn’t get it. This is the same girl who informed us that small and large were the only options. Employees need trained I hope nobody else gets ripped off

Great food and ice cream. Service is slow-ish but still good! My only complaint is for some reason this year NONE of the ice creams are ever a full cup no matter what size you order.

Went and ordered two meals with two drinks didn’t get our drinks while the girl was taking our order the other girl was smacking her butt and joking with her the food use to be worth the drive from Scottsbluff now I wouldn’t drive down the block for your food. Need to be supervised.
