Well let me tell ya….first time there and it didn’t disappoint. I dont know how I didnt know about this place. We have been missing out all these years. There were 4 of us in our party and all of us enjoyed our food. Amazing prices and delicious tasting food. Go! You wont be disappointed. Our waitress was well informed and spent time telling us about their menu. We cant wait to go back.

Really enjoyable local diner. We stopped for breakfast on our way out of town heading into Canada. The service was phenomenal and really friendly. Good prices, home-cooked food, we would definitely go back if we pass through the area again.
We tried the corned beef hash with eggs and home fries/toast. Definitely delicious! They had real maple syrup to go with the ginormous pancakes, which were a little dense for me and a little light on the blueberries but still pretty good.

While traveling, stayed in town for the night. Had breakfast here. Serving size was more than enough. Also had some Haddock chowder. Staff was on it. Would defiantly recommend.

Very nice little diner to stop for breakfast before crossing the border. Place was quiet at the time and the waitress was kind enough to get our order in before a large group to help get us our food at a good time. Parking out front was easy while it was quiet. Orange juice was really good too!

Our breakfasts were EXCELLENT. Biscuits and gravy was very tasty and the blueberry pancake was HUGE!! I’m glad we didn’t order 2, we wouldn’t have been able to eat it all. The last dish was eggs, ham, potatoes, and toast. The potatoes were cooked with onions and were delicious. Asked for the egg over medium and was cooked perfectly. We would definitely return for another meal!

Main Street is quite depressed with many store fronts closed. Karen’s appears to be a bright spot. This is a diner, not fine dining (I do not believe such exists in the town). Staff are pleasant. The French fries were hot and perfectly crisped. My lobster role was decent. Sodas and ice tea come in plastic bottles so they do not brew their own. So if you want some of the basics, I would recommend this place.

A perfect cosy little diner if you’ve just crossed the border or about to! Fantastic portion sizes and very tasty homey food! Great value and food came out really quickly! Place was packed when we came in (due to them being pretty much the only place open in town on a Saturday morning) but our server still made a great effort! Couldn’t fault this place, great all around. Thanks legends!

My husband and I have eaten here three times and each time the food and service has been excellent. Best dish? Eggs Benedict! If you love old fashioned diners, this place is for you!

Stopped in there this morning to get some breakfast. Wasn’t sure if we should see it ourselves or not. Finally we were told we could sit anywhere we want. So we sit there for 10 minutes. The server saw us several times and went ahead to serve 2 other parties of people that came in behind us. We just got up and left and I don’t even think they know this we did. Can’t rate the food you can only rate the service. I’d give zero Stars if I could
