I am usually very good about leaving positive reviews where I enjoy the food… I have to say while the food and tea were wonderful I was quite surprised at the fact that their bathroom was out of order. Of course at first I didn’t think anything of it and respectfully asked where I could go to wash my hands and use the bathroom. I was told to walk over to Ralph’s and so I went. To my surprise I was told the bathroom inside Ralph’s was out of order as well. Then I started noticing that all the businesses along this row were either closed or had no bathrooms for public use. (Except the pizza place-which I promptly will support going forward). For being a tea house and a space where you expect people to hang out and spend money on food a bathroom should be a minimum requirement. Not only for your staff so that they can wash their hands but also for your customers. I did not complain about the issue however as I figured this was an anomaly. So imagine my surprise when I have mentioned the place to a few friends and pointed out that the bathroom was out of order just to find out that not only they have been out of order every time all of my friends have visited but that this has spanned over a long period of time. I am super disappointed in this aspect of this store and will probably not visit there again unless they make their bathroom available to the public again. To expect someone to come and spend time in your coffee shop but not be able to wash their hands before they eat or use the bathroom when you’re selling tea (a liquid) is silly.
My biggest issue though is the bold-faced lie that the bathroom is out of order instead of “we don’t want to allow the public to use our bathroom”. And if your bathroom is really out of order how much does it cost to bring in a plumber because I spent over $100 buying tea, refills and desserts in the hour I was there.
We visited last Sat and again on Wed.
Two months …. Still no response

This is a superb coffee house inspired by middle eastern flavors. It is the best coffee shop i have been to in quite a while. I tried the honey lavender latte which is simply indescribable; tastes of flowers and honey expertly blended into coffee. The Dubai chocolate cookie brought flavors of dark chocolate, pistachio cream and knafe combined into a rich decadent delight. This coffee shop is a must for any coffee lover. I will be back, thank you!

After my appointment, my husband took me to Karak House because he’d been telling me how amazing their lattes are. I finally got to try one today, and I have to say—it was one of the best lattes I’ve ever had! We ordered the Karak Latte, and I was so impressed with not only the flavor but also the cute design on top.
The service was quick, the café was clean, and the overall vibe was cozy and perfect for relaxing. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

The matchas are good. The regular basque cheesecake is good but the chocolate one is not. Its not as creamy and too much chocolate but i guess it is what it is. The piece is also very small compared to the regular one that I had. Both were over 30 bucks which is pretty pricey.

No:1 Karak Chai I had in the US. Well brewed. Perfect milk and tea consistency. Freshly made every hour so it tastes fresh. The ambience was relaxing. We had a very enjoyable time. Must visit.

As a Brazilian, finding a place that serves great coffee is hard to find in the USA. But this place is another level! They know how to make coffee. I had the rose cardamom latte, and it was splendid! I also had the cheese and spinach pasty, delicious. The cookie are also insane good. I highly recommend this place.

This was my second visit, went back for their chai — really loved it again! Strong and flavorful, probably one of the best in the area. Tried the pistachio Dubai chocolate too, which was delicious. Great service and a nice atmosphere overall. Definitely recommend!

One of our go-to coffee shops in the area fell short of our expectations during our latest visit. Notably, the pastry selection was nonexistent, a fact somewhat mitigated by the understanding that it was 1PM on a Sunday. The disappointment deepened with the arrival of our cappuccinos, served in a manner that suggested inexperience behind the counter. However, it was striking to see other customers receiving their cappuccinos adorned with beautiful coffee art, raising legitimate questions about the rationale behind inconsistent service levels for customers paying the same price for their beverages.
