Pleasantly surprise! We’ve lived here for three years, and have somehow not stopped here until tonight. The sushi was great, reasonably priced, and very quick. The staff were very friendly as well. We will be back!

Update. Shocked today to order a bento box with beef and there is almost NO BEEF. I am counting 6 SUPER SMALL pieces. They are cutting out quality. Keep this up and I will find another place to eat. Today I had to wait for my order. They got it to me immediately after it was cooked but the dumplings were cold. That makes no sense unless they were cooked ahead. ♀️ I don’t get it. Normally they’re great. Update. Today I went back to Kansha again. The food tasted like it had too much oil in it. It tasted less of spices than it did of grease. I find it sad because this was my favourite restaurant until recently.

They were so nice, California roll was honestly the best one I’ve ever had. Chicken and steak hibachi 10/10. Yum yum sauce was on point. It all came out SO fast. As soon as we sat down from ordering, our sushi was already being brought to the table. Shortly after so was the hibachi. I have never had such fresh and delicious food come out that fast. First experience and definitely will be back!

First off the staff is amazing and very polite. Second the food and sushi is amazing. I have to say for me it’s the best sushi. And hibachi in Lebanon. No they don’t cook in front of you but the food is cooked fresh. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Stopped here the other day while my kids were at the fair. It was decently busy and there were tons of UberEATS orders being picked up. This is an order at the counter and wait for your food type place.
Pros:
1. Ordering was easy and quick.
2. The two rolls I got were good. The Tennessee something and a spicy fried salmon roll. The wasabi was pretty good too.
3. They have the good nugget ice.
4. Interior was clean.
Cons:
1. The seaweed salad didn’t taste right. I should have said something because I couldn’t eat it.
Overall, I’d eat here again.

On a Friday night (2/13/26) we ordered online (at 3:45pm) for pick up at 6:30pm, yes the restaurant was busy and we didn’t get our food until 6:56pm. 2 special order rolls turned out to be a jalapeño popper (incorrect). Chicken noodles were ordered and when I started eating it had steak in it (I have alpha gal and food allergies, clearly they didn’t clean properly). The chicken roll was placed with sushi and hence also obviously contaminated and not safe for me to eat. So I ended up with no food but due to having plans and how busy the restaurant was my husband didn’t want to go back or deal with it. But I would never order from there again. Definitely not a safe place to order from if you have allergies.

We recently ordered from Kansha. We accidentally ordered from the Lebanon location instead of Spring Hill, which is over an hour away from our home. We called Lebanon and they confirmed they would cancel and refund our order, but never did. The Spring Hill location has always been so kind to us, and truly has better customer service than other restaurants in our area. They had assured us that this happens all of the time between the two restaurants and that the other location would make it right. They never did. For this reason, we will not be doing business with the Lebanon location in the future, and we do not recommend others support a business with such poor integrity and customer service. We encourage you to visit the Spring Hill location for outstanding food and service!

This place is an introverts dream. Pick a seat, look over the menu, go order at the register, they bring you your food, and you’re left alone. They have a soda fountain so you refill your own drinks (some people may not like that but we didn’t mind). All of the food was delicious and came out super fast. We got four different sushi rolls and hibachi. The mango on one of the rolls was the best mango I have ever had. It was perfectly ripe and a perfect portion of not too thick or thin. The honey roll had a bit of a fruity taste that I didnt expect but it was super good. Of course, the hibachi was a huge portion that we had to take to go for later. It may seem a bit pricey, but its worth every penny.
