We typically enjoy trying new restaurants when we can go out alone, as it’s easier to relax without worries about slow service or subpar food. We often visit places ahead of time to ensure they’re suitable for our picky son, but this experience was disappointing from the start.
We visited this noodle shop expecting a quick meal, as we assumed it would be fast. We were seated immediately, and our order included a mango smoothie (which arrived quickly) and the daily special—$12.50 for chicken for my fiance and shrimp for me. Unfortunately, after an hour, our food still hadn’t arrived, and others who came in after us received their orders first. When our dishes finally arrived, they were burnt, and the portions seemed larger than typical for a lunch special. The chicken was bland, the rice overdone, some vegetables crispy, and others soggy. My shrimp was overly burnt to the point of hurting my throat, and the vegetables and rice were similarly overcooked and flavorless. We tried to eat what we could but ultimately couldn’t finish, as it was just not enjoyable.
To make things worse, we were billed full dinner prices for both hibachi meals despite clearly requesting the daily specials. The waitress insisted she had made the decision for us, which we did not agree with. She also upsized our drinks without permission, compounding our frustration. When we pointed out these issues, she became confrontational, and the situation ended on a sour note.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The food was far below expectations, the service was unprofessional, and we felt overcharged. We won’t be returning. Would not recommend.

I have been to this place a couple times and my favorite dish is the karaage chicken, the portion is huge. As far as ramen, I have tried tonkotus ramen and kanji mastery, both are okay and I much prefer wavy noddle compared to the straight.
I have also tried the takoyaki and bao, but for the similar price the karaage chicken is way better.
Service was a bit slow sometime.

I initially visited this establishment for takeout and was consistently impressed by the quality of the food and service. Today, I had the opportunity to dine in and had an exceptional experience. The waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, and the food was outstanding, as always. I highly recommend dining here.

We found a piece of plastic in the karaage chicken after bringing home our leftovers from the restaurant. This is completely unacceptable. Our whole family, including our children, had already eaten it. The drinking water also looked dirty, possibly from tap water. We couldn’t drink it after seeing how it looked. On top of that, the place was full of bugs and fruit flies. I had high hopes for this restaurant because of all the great reviews and ratings on Google Maps, but this experience was deeply disappointing. Please check your food and drinks carefully before consuming. We won’t be coming back.

What a great experience! Stopped by for take out and was immediately greeted & offered suggestions from the menu. I decided to try Tonkotsu & Karaage chicken.
When I got back to the office I was impressed with the packaging. Secure (broth you know!) and my ramen items were packed separately from the broth. Very nice – nothing was “water logged” from swimming in the broth on the drive back.
Ramen was very tasty & I enjoyed the large portion and crunch of the Karaage chicken. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to try more!

The Ramen was hot & flavorful but service was rough. It was almost impossible to get anyone’s attention for help. Other servers seemed to attend to their tables, but ours just ignored us.

Amazing place with amazing food. We tried chicken bao, chicken dumplings. Both taste very good. We also tried chicken fry Japanese style which is okay. Miso chicken ramen, spicy miso both taste good. Thai ice tea is very calming!
