Not sure why this place got so many negative reviews. I stopped by tonight on a Thursday 1/29 at 530pm and there was almost 75 people in there and kept coming. I got the filet mignon and fried rice and it was fireeee. Straight gas. The lady at the bar was very attentive. Seems like if you got a problem with this place you prob just a hater Fr.

We’ve only been here a few times and it’s usually been a great experience, but this visit was unacceptable. We were seated directly under a vent blasting freezing air while it was 5 degrees outside. I had a 4-year-old and a 3-year-old with me, and we were freezing the entire time. We mentioned it right away and were brushed off with “it’ll warm up when the grill comes on,” but it only got worse. You could literally see your breath, so we had to take our food home as soon as we got everything. To top it off, our steak was overcooked. Said something to the manager while leaving and they only gave us a $25 gift card after spending over $200 lol. I’m not one who complains, but this is absolutely RIDICULOUS and completely avoidable.

They staff is engaging an fun. They get the whole table to laugh an even play catch with food( you got a make sure you catch with your mouth lol it’s hot food obviously on a open grill) it is Def an experience that everyone should get to enjoy at least once if not more if you really enjoyed the dinner an a show… Their fire volcano with onions mmm lovely!

We ordered the steak and chicken hibachi. The steak and chicken were cooked to juicy perfection. The vegetables were tender the yum yum sauce is almost drinkable. I also absolutely love the salad and the mushroom soup was amazing. I also had saki for the first time. I can see how that could be dangerous
We will definitely come back to eat again! And I highly recommend coming here for the experience!

Good hibachi place but I go here for the sushi and sashimi. Always fresh and very tasty. Presentation is always on point with a very friendly staff. Prices are fair for the market and considering we’re in Lancaster Ohio their great. Love coming here when I need my sushi fix.

This is one of my wife’s favorite places. It is like many hibachi grill restaurants. They have a good lunch crowd and they do steak, chicken, shrimp, filet mignon, and other classics. My wife and I are shrimp, chicken, or steak people. The chefs really make the meal entertaining, I have never had a bad experience with any of them. My wife does have her favorites. The portions are good in size and delicious. Our chef this time juggled fire sticks today which I have never seen and it was really cool! Our server was great this time too! She was super friendly kept us hydrated and got our checks quickly. Sometimes it does lack on speed with the check. Bottom line this is a great place to eat for lunch! You wont be disappointed.

Seems like over the last several months the the service has went down hill. I used to come in multiple times a week when I travel for work. The last three times I’ve been here, I’ve had to sit and wait 10 + minutes before someone would say anything to me or bring me a beverage. Very disappointed give the food is very good.
