The drive-through here always confused me, but finally decided to give it a try and figure out how to get in lol. Kind of sad I didn’t try earlier because the coffee was amazing, ordered the raspberry mocha cold brew (valentines menu it looked like) and the raspberry cold foam was perfect, the coffee wasn’t overly sweetened and still tasted like a nice quality coffee. The everything bagel is also toasted to perfection and they didn’t overload it with cream cheese which I appreciated! I will stopping here more often

I have visited a few times over the past year, more so recently due to familial needs in town. Each time I’ve visited I have had a wonderful experience. The staff are always so kind, friendly, and honest. I always ask for their recommendations, and each time I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I’ve branched out & tried new things because of the staff. Mari recommended the matcha earlier this week, stating the strawberry matcha was her favorite. I opted for the pineapple matcha during that visit (picture attached); however, today I tried the strawberry matcha. Although the strawberry is delicious, pineapple remains my favorite. Jacey recommended I try the iced matcha with strawberry cold foam during my next visit, even writing the item down so that I don’t forget the details. I also purchased their orange creamsicle Red Bull energy drink earlier this week (picture attached). It was so yummy! I tried their strawberry shortcake Red Bull energy drink today. It, too, was yummy, though orange creamsicle is superior. The service has always been above & beyond my expectations, which is why I will continue to support Kanela. I literally drive past 2 separate franchises to visit. To me, Kanela is worth the effort & drive.

First parfait I brought, the fruit was old and it was slopped together I just brought a replacement one and extra granola because the first one barley had any like they usually do I didn’t want to complain because the parfaits are usually really good

Decent coffee, great flavors, but too overpriced. Haven’t been in a while and don’t remember it being so expensive. If Im going to pay so much for a large latte, I’ll go to Starbucks or DK where it’s an actual large and a few dollars less.

— Your employees should work on customer service as well. They were a little cold and standoffish. Bigger franchises are actually nice, warm, and welcoming 🙂 Something you would expect form a local shop– You guys should work on that too.

I’ve been here a handful of times over the past year or so, and every time I’m pretty disappointed. I really want to like them and support local-ish, and the staff has always been pretty friendly to me at least!
However.
I did a mobile order and waited at least 20 minutes in line. That alone would’ve been fine to wait, I wasn’t in that much of a rush. But every time I come here, they don’t follow what I ask. I always ask for my coffee to be not very sweet and with just a little flavor. Every single time I haven’t been able to taste the coffee at all. I’m not sure if the coffee isn’t strong enough or they’re just adding way too much honey/flavoring/syrup but it has just been not good.

I’m visiting from Alabama. I just wanted coffee and a croissant quickly so I stopped at the closest coffee house near me and it happened to be Kanela. I got the ham and chives sauce croissant – that was the best croissant I’ve ever had! Very delicious. Very friendly service and good coffee. I wish we had one of these Kanelas in Alabama. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Such good coffee. I love this little place! I hope they are able to someday renovate the building and make it their own. You can still tell it used to be a Rally’s. I’d like to see their own lovely personality on the building here!

One of the best bagel sandwiches that I’ve had and pretty good coffee I enjoy the different flavor options. I will say it’s pretty pricey for a bacon egg and cheese bagel and a small latte I’m spending just over $15 without a tip. I also have the loyalty card because I was going once a week or more and I can’t really use my points because of the very specific options which is fine but I was hoping it would help justify the cost a little by getting a free latte or bagel every once in awhile.
