The food I had from Kan Thai Express was fresh and tasty, and service was smooth with easy online ordering and quick pickup. Chicken dishes start around $13.95, with beef and shrimp a few dollars more. I’d love to see pork offered at the same price as chicken, since $16.95 for other proteins feels a bit steep compared to other Asian options in the area. The setup has a few food trucks and tables, though it could feel more inviting with some added touches. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and think a couple of small adjustments could make this spot even better.

The staff was nice and the food was great. I had the pad thai, the egg rolls and the potstickers. My only disappointment was how little amount of chicken was in the Pad Thai.

I really wanted to like this place. It’s close to home and Thai food is a favorite. Service was good. The food truck parking area was clean. The food however was not good. Two appetizers and two entrees. The Pad Thai and Basil fried rice tasted the same. Paid for extra chicken but would hate to have seen how little it would have been without ordering extra. The egg rolls and pot stickers were mediocre at best. Spent over $50 including a tip. More than 80% ended up getting thrown away. Very disappointed.

Loved the Pad See-Ew, my favorite dish so far, but the Pad Gaprao was a bit spicy for my liking. I’d probably try Kan Thai Express’ special menu next and sneak a cheese wonton in my order. Great people, great service!
