Mixed review, foods are ok but the sashimi is not very fresh. But they do have variety of selection of sashimi and mind blowing sushi . Service is ok but we did waited a long time for several items. The atmosphere is very nice and kids friendly. The price is a bit expensive for not offering dessert for $59.99 per person dinner.

The most delicious Sushi and Takoyaki I’ve ever eaten on the island and ALL YOU CAN EAT!! The parking garage is to the right of the restaurant, scan the QR code to pay. No reservations for parties under 6 so my husband and I were expecting a wait coming in at 6pm but we were seated almost immediately. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and festive with lit up Christmas trees to celebrate the holidays. It’s a great place to celebrate an anniversary or large special event like birthday or work gatherings. We paid the extra fee for Premium for more AYCE options and it was so worth it! The waiter was very nice, fast and attentive. They give a large menu to choose from, take your order, chefs make the food items and a server brings it to the table. It keeps the food clean and fresh, straight from the chef’s knife to the table which I love. The wait in between ordering and getting the food was fair. My favorites were the hamachi collar (Crispy and flavorful on the outside, soft, temperature hot, delicious fish meat on the inside), Takoyaki (crispy on the outside, creamy in the inside), yellowtail carpaccio (Fresh fish with the pow of jalapeño and yuzu) and Galbi (Delicious marinated kalbi-like pieces). There were some premium alacarte items like Wagyu sushi and Wagyu steak yakiniku which was separate fee but we stuck to the premium AYCE menu. It was so much fun not being bound by the wallet and being able to eat ANYTHING off the menu including Appetizers, Tapas, BBQ, Sushi, Sashimi, Rolls, noodles or salads! Will definitely be back again!

All you can eat sushi located close towards Ala Moana. We were looking into places to carb up and have dinner prior to the Honolulu marathon close to our hotel. We were staying at the Hilton Waikīkī Village and this was close by. They don’t make reservations for more than 10 people when we tried to make a reservation. We walked by the day before to ask and the servers said it doesn’t ever get busy. So when we showed up for dinner on a Saturday night, there was a line and we had to wait about 45 minutes so we were a little upset work that. It was busy night, there is a time limit. We had a group of 6 and we went with the regular menu. Our server was great and the food came out quickly, we got some soups, nigiri’s, and rolls. It is a good bang for your buck. There isn’t much parking nearby, unless you park by the Ala Moana center and walk or try to find another hotel parking garage nearby.

We did the all you can eat on a Sunday. When we arrived, it was not too busy yet. But then it got busier and busier. I had asked our server to cancel one of our orders because we were full, and it still arrived about 10 minutes later. For the most part, it was a good experience. The food was pretty good and the portions were small enough that you can try different things. I wish there were half roll options getting a full roll was too much. I would also skip the udon noodle soup. It was very bland. But the other foods were pretty good. A great deal for the Waikīkī area.

This is my first time eating at this place today.
The mgr Joseph gave me a wonderful serv (Real Aloha) for me.
Only couple of small issue
1) they don’t clean the scale off the fish skin.
2) Hawaiian Steak it’s too sweet
3) they don’t give big positions on the plate. Instead they just like to keep checking on you.
I have no problem for that.
A+ for the “Miso soup”and
“HamMachi Kama Fish ”

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE. I went twice during my two week vacation and definitely would’ve went more if i had the time. Each time, my boyfriend and i did the “all you can eat” sushi dinner menu. We tried so many different types of sushi and not to mention appetizers are endless as well. I highly recommend the fried oysters, the yellowtail jalapeño roll, and the paloma! I will definitely be coming back and adding this restaurant to my list of places to stop at.

As for food and options the menu is vast and almost everything was amazing. There were a few off putting rolls but when it came to appetizers or sides they really shined. We came at 8pm and the restaurant was packed, they don’t take reservations so prepare to wait. My biggest problem of the night was the service. We only talked with our server 3 times that evening, once for the check, and twice to order. Our waiter forgot several items when we would place an order and things came out at scattered times. We tried several times to grab our servers attention but were often overlooked literally (he would look at us then walk past or avoid eye contact all together even if he was standing right next to us). A few complaints were heard around us, people asking for the check and telling the waiter to just cancel the roll because they were tired of waiting. There was even a point in the evening where we sat with empty plates just waiting because the waiter was too busy to take our order. We probably sat like that for about 10 minutes. I understand it’s a busy restaurant but when I am paying $40 for all you can eat I expect quick service. It’s hard to enjoy an all you can eat place when food comes out slowly or not at all. Maybe I just came at a bad time but even when things started to die down service was still slow.

The food is AMAZING! Service – spectacular. Sometimes they are busy but they make sure you are taken care of and provide excellent recommendations to make your experience all it can be through out your meal. The price is absolutely reasonable for all the delicious food you get – def go PREMIUM haha. Totally worth it. Kazu is the MAN. He made our experience such a great time our first visit, we came back a few days later and wish we could come eat here all the time. We were here for 6 days for our honeymoon and ate here twice and would definitely do it again! Gonna need a Kan Sushi back home in DC

Kan sushi is located on the second floor of the Canterbury Apartments building.
One of the cheaper AYCE sushi restaurants in and around Waikiki for $39 per person for dinner (weekends and holidays are also dinner rates no matter what time of day).
For the rate, you get a good deal for the price. You can choose to pay $20 more to upgrade to premium menu. However if you’re looking for sushi, the regular dinner. Menu will suffice.
Parking located around the corner in the Canterbury plaza parking lot.

Yesterday we visited this restaurant with our family, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
The service was terrible. The sushi was in very poor condition — it looked like it had already been picked at and not finished by someone else. The rolls were falling apart and did not look fresh at all.
We were not given soy sauce and had to ask for it twice, and even then the staff were in no hurry to bring it. Ginger was served only on one plate, and the other plate looked like someone had already eaten the ginger, leaving only leftovers with wasabi.
We also ordered wings for our daughter. The menu states that the portion includes 5 pieces, but only 2 were brought. We called the servers several times to correct the order, but we were ignored. Eventually they brought more wings, but still only 4 instead of 5.
We are very disappointed. We came here because of the good reviews and high expectations, but this place did not meet them at all.
