Been coming here for 15+ years. Never disappoints! Food is consistently amazing and the service is top notch. You can even get deals at this place on Groupon sometimes. At the risk of a heart attack, try the golden shrimp/lobster!!!!

Don’t waste your time at the sushi bar. We were there for 45 minutes and they never added anything new to the revolving bar. We tried to ask for things to be made but wait staff never came around and the sushi chef were busy with other orders and ignored the revolving bar. We only had 3 plates and left to go somewhere else.

Excellent Golden and Garlic shrimp, the Kobe filet (melts in your mouth), and fried rice. Also, can’t forget the amazing soup and salad!

Been coming here for years. Love the staff. If you want a fun place to get your weekly sushi fix or are just dipping your toe into sushi for the first time you can’t go wrong at the floating sushi bar. There will be a selection of sushi on the boats but you can ask any of the sushi chefs in the middle for a custom or fresh price or roll. Price is by the plate so you can map out how much you want to spend or go nuts and order a few full size rolls; made fresh right in front of you.

Quality has really gone down. Been coming here for many years. Feels old, dreary and just blah. Older female bartender is awesome as always. Food not so much. Our chef was ok, but boring. The food was just meh. Was sorely disappointed in the whole experience. We had visited Red Star a few months ago who had completely renovated and installed a room such as Kampai. It was bright, clean and a really fabulous experience. Sadly, for our family Kampai will no longer be on our list for dining.

Now I am still going 30 years later with my friends and family. They have always had great food and incredible service.
