Food was not cooked fresh reheated and not heated all the way very underwhelming. Service was nice food came out quick for a reason . My coworker got the chicken katsu and he liked it said it was good.

You guys.. the food is awful! I’m so sad. My kids and I popped in here for some lunch. Orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and a shrimp tempura roll. All of it was awful.
Chicken teriyaki was cold and rubbery, orange chicken was soggy and had so much garlic(I love garlic- but it was too much), and the shrimp tempura roll was YELLOW.. like vibrant yellow, soggy breading, the ginger and Wasabi was warm. I took one bite and could not finish it. So so gross.

I dropped a $100 bill in there when I ordered and the lady who is always in front, I know she picked it up. They always charge for extra sauces and when I went back in to pick up the food and pay for extra sauces she gave them to me for free hoping I hadn’t noticed the missing money yet, which I didn’t. She didn’t say a word to me and I didn’t get out of my vehicle anywhere else. I know it fell out when I pulled out the money to pay when I ordered the food.

I really appreciate my food being made so quickly after realizing I had ordered at the wrong location and informed the girl working up front that I was very dizzy and needed to eat.
Chicken teriyaki was excellent, can’t wait to come back and try more.

The lady who took my order was really nice….but the food was not good. I ordered chicken yakisoba and the chicken was so dry and flavorless. The texture of the chicken was so abrasive I could barely eat it. Teriyaki sauce was watery and unappetizing. The vegetables in my dish were all garbage veggies ( roots and end pieces) and barely cooked. A very disappointing experience here. I won’t be back.

Worst Teriyaki I have had in years. Asked for light veggies in the yakisoba and feel like there is more than usual. Gyoza was soggy and tasted like it was under a heat lamp. Spicy teriyaki was filled with onions, mushrooms and peppers. White rice was dry and clumpy. And to top it all off both meals were so watered down and runny the bag is full of what they call sauce. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

First time in Monroe, WA and found this great little Japanese restaurant. Service was excellent, quick and very delicious. Handicap accessible, plenty of seating. Will definitely be back.
