Reviews
From start to finish, the entire experience feels like a carefully crafted journey. Every dish delivers — brilliant flavours, thoughtful textures, and presentation that’s as exciting as it is precise. It’s easy to see why this restaurant feels thoroughly Michelin-worthy.
The staff are exceptionally attentive without ever being overbearing, guiding the evening with confidence and genuine enthusiasm. The interior and décor add to the sense of occasion — bold, exciting, and perfectly in tune with the food.
The only minor drawback for me was the Canary Islands wine pairing, which occasionally missed the mark. That said, it’s a small footnote in an otherwise outstanding experience.
A memorable meal that leaves a strong impression long after the last corse.
Everything is thoughtfully considered down to the smallest detail – the dishes, the presentation, and the overall flow of the evening. The wine pairing is outstanding and harmonizes beautifully with every course. The entire team is extremely well trained; from the first moment until the very end, you feel genuinely cared for.
What truly stands out are the small details you would expect from fine dining at the highest level: even napkins are discreetly replaced when you briefly leave the table. The team anticipates your needs without being intrusive – a true sign of excellence.
What fascinates me most is that, despite the location and the fact that many guests are tourists, the team never settles for “good enough.” On the contrary, you can feel how much thought and passion goes into every dish. The courses have been further refined and perfected – each one was even better than the year before.
This experience genuinely made me very happy.
Dear Kamezi, you are one of the reasons why we return to Lanzarote every year – and 2026 will be no exception. We are already very much looking forward to seeing you again.
We were two couples having lot of experience with sea food. None of us were impressed by the raw material quality for the initial dishes, nor the taste provided by the kitchen. The main courses and desserts were ok, but still below expectations. The presentation of the dishes and the accessories were however at top level. Presenting 10-12 courses the service and atmosphere felt more like being in a laboratory. The language skills of the personnel was way beyond what we experience at ordinary restaurants at Playa Blanca and caused misunderstandings and distance to the host.
What was most impressive was the consistant interior style with all its matching details.
Nevertheless, we all agreed another visit is not attempting.
At the restaurant reception they asked after greetings if we want wine pairing with the food menu.
First time where a fine dining restaurant the staff did not offer to take our coats.
I chose a bottle of wine and the sommelier did not present the wine.
More over we witnessed the sommelier telling to the customers seating next to us, that if they want the wine-pairing menu, they had to choose the same option and could not select different pairings per person. When a restaurant offers two wine-pairing options, it implies that the bottles are already open and that the establishment is prepared to absorb the cost if the wines are not sold over the course of the evening.
