I got the kimchi pork belly ramen and the curry ramen. The kimchi ramen tasted like hot sauce and water broth. The egg in both ramen bowls was HARD boiled. When I asked for a soft or medium egg they refused saying they do them in batches. Not too sure what that means for me but ‍♀️ Having the egg HARD boiled made the hot sauce broth worse. The kimchi fries were good super crispy. Skip the egg roll nothing special at all and tasted like it was from a frozen box.

I see a lot of reviews about the ramen on here but wanted to take a moment for the sushi because their Salmon Paradise roll is the best sushi roll I’ve had in Chicago! This is one of my favorite takeout spots and I’m so impressed by how they nail both the sushi and ramen sides of the menu so perfectly. Highly recommend!

Roman provided such amazing service and always checked in to make sure that I was doing okay. All of the other employees were so nice as well! The food was amazing! I would definitely recommend the kimchi fries and the Korean Bulgogi Ramen!

Great service – our waiter was fantastic! He was prompt and did his job. The sushi and ramen were good. Ramen broth was very flavorful. My ramen serving seemed a bit small compared to what I typically get at other places. The chicken katsu was submerged in the broth instead of set on top. My bowl had less noodles than the 2 other orders of ramen we had. Anything crispy should be placed on top – because there should be more noodles and toppings. Not sure if they are cutting back on the serving size? For $17/$18 per bowl it seemed rather skimpy.
Only other negative was the smell that kept creeping out from the back – when I worked at restaurants there is an odor when the sewer / drains need to be cleaned out or when they are being cleaned out – IYKYK. That’s something that either needs to be addressed or taken care of asap.

Good for the price point. We had the Kimchi Ramen, but we received meat dumplings instead of veggie… the taste was just like pork and not super veggie forward at all. Not sure if the kitchen got them swapped but we are vegetarian so this was a huge upset.

Drink selection was decent, I would just order a different kind of sake next time! Overall, the service was the star tonight, not the food.

Had the chicken katsu ramen, great broth but unnecessary sauce on the katsu imo. Great for a cold day. Kimchi fries had great flavor but the fries looked like baked frozen krinkles so the texture wasn’t great. 6 dollar beer. I’d probably ask for soy sauce next time, think the broth could use it

I’ve been here a few times. Always solid. Tonight I ate the curry ramen with veggie gyoza. Absolutely INCREDIBLE. I could’ve eaten 5 more bowls. Creamy, rich, so flavorful, hearty. Perfect. I’ll probably come back in the next couple days.

A comforting ramen spot in Lakeview – the broth is rich and satisfying, though the cilantro topping is rather unconventional. The noodles could use a bit more chew, but it’s a generally solid option when you’re craving something warm and hearty.

It’s a cute little spot to stop and eat. The hostess/server was extremely kind and welcoming. We got the 2 egg rolls, a bowl of the pork ramen and the seafood ramen and they did not disappoint. The flavoring in the broth was immaculate and the meat was not only well portioned but extremely tender.

The interior is really cute and calm. The hand drawn menus on the walls are nice little touch and just bring the mood up.

Ordered the Korean Kimchi Ramen w/pork belly and a Dynamite roll. Service was prompt, pricing was good for the portions, and the food was spectacular. Fed my soul and body.
