The quality of the food was second to none. Each course built upon the last, creating a flawless progression of flavors and textures. Every bite was beautifully balanced, but the standout for me was the Hokkaido scallop topped with truffle, toro, uni, and caviar… easily the best bite of the night and one I’ll remember for a long time.
From the atmosphere to the interaction with the chefs to the extraordinary quality of the dishes, this was an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a true omakase masterpiece.
Plenty of caviar, uni, truffle, ankimo(monkfish liver) and A5 wagyu. The only piece I missed out on by a week was gooseneck barnacle. Its the only Omakase were I had all of the listed above in one sitting and the only Omakase where geoduck is even offered. If your looking for every high end ingredient you can have look no further.
The chefs take the time to explain each cut of fish and describe the flavors, which really enhances the experience. They are thoughtful and attentive to any hesitation you may have, gently encouraging you to step outside your comfort zone without ever making you feel pressured. Their passion and expertise are evident in every bite.
If you’re looking for high-quality sushi paired with an educational and personalized experience, Kame Sushi is a must-visit.
California rolls!!! This is next level Michelin Star ⭐⭐ rated Sushi. Chef Jian (++Korean) and team will give you an epic culinary experience worth every $$$$.
2025 Update: Dined here again but did the premium and it was worth the experience and more than 2024!! Recommend pairing the Kyokusen sake as well.
