I am a local resident for over 30 years and have seen her customer service go from bad to non existent. Not only that her prices have gone through the roof at over 20 % over her competition. Her servings have also decreased in protein content and hidden with rice or noodles. She has priced herself out of the market and totally taking advantage now of the few customers that continue to go to her store although not as many as in years past. She should do us all a favor and save herself the financial misfortune and close her doors or completely revamp her business plan and attitude towards the residents of Syosset.

I’ve been eating here for 25+ years, my number one Chinese place. The entire kitchen is visible and is immpecably clean at all times. Great food! And the owners/workers are always very nice and respectful.

Do business elsewhere. They overcharged us at the door for over 2x the total added up from the menu without leaving a reciept (husband didn’t realize), I called back to clarify our total and was given obviously fake prices then hung up on when asked about the disparity in the menu prices. I don’t know how they keep any customers operating like this.

Bad food, indifferent service. I live close by and tried this place a few times and the food was consistently bad, so I now go elsewhere.

Where to begin- When i called, the women answered the phone, “yeah” and never said thank you or anything other than yeah when I came in to pick up the food. The chicken in the chicken with broccoli was almost raw, and my won ton soup had one small dumpling in it, and the lunch special was 95% rice. Stay away!!!

The worst Chinese food I have ever tasted! While the guy who took the order was pleasant the orange chicken I ordered tasted like yesterday’s cardboard box! Orange chicken and not a hint of orange flavor! Vomit!

Originally gave 1 star when they Refused to deliver for no reason, despite me living close by. Added 2 stars as i have eaten here before and foods okay but the lady who answered the phone was rude and looking at reviewshas been to others in the past. Went to panda instead and probably will be for the future lost a local customer.
