Food is usually good. However this visit was very packed so experienced over an hour wait to get a table. Guessing since it was busy food wasnt as great as it normally is but the service was still good. Server made sure we were ok the entire visit and gave us everything we needed. Would still recommend

Went to Kaluz today, and the meal was absolutely fabulous. Our food was delicious, and made our date night quite the experience. However, the service sucked. Our server Susette does not know how to wait a table for her life. There were plates still left behind, did not come to check on us at all, and did not refill our drinks. The service was a joke. The food was good at least, and definitely will return.

The manager Michael was so sweet to come and talk to us and wish us a happy anniversary as well as our server Ashleigh who provided nothing but top tier service! From the moment we sat down, everything was perfect. Our server Bella was an absolute gem – attentive without hovering, genuinely warm, full of great recommendations, and just made the entire experience feel effortless and special. Honestly, she’s the gold standard of what great service should be.
The food was outstanding:
• Tuna Tartare: Easily the best I’ve ever had. Incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, with just the right balance of citrus, avocado, and that subtle heat on the finish. Every bite was flawless.
• Old Fashioned: I’m picky about my cocktails, and this was perfection. Beautifully balanced, strong but smooth, with a gorgeous large ice cube and the ideal orange expression. Might be the single best Old Fashioned in Palm Beach County.
• Dessert: The house-made ice cream is on the menu? Do NOT skip it. Rich, silky, perfectly sweet – it’s the kind of ice cream that makes you slow down and savor every spoonful. Best I’ve had in years.

First time here and impressed. The food was flavorful and satisfying. I enjoyed every bite of my grouper and asparagus. The bread pudding was so delicious. The atmosphere was nice, airy, and a little noisy at that time of day. Our server was wonderful with recommendations and a smile. Very friendly with a flare of professionalism. Very impressed with Emmanuel. He was attentive but not overbearing and the others that brought the appetizer and meal were also nice. The manager made his way around as well and we commented on the whole evening. My birthday dinner was amazing because of them.
