Dairy queen by far is the best fast food buisiness I’ve been to in kalispell, the service is quick and the hot food is always hot. Ice cream is always cold, the service is great, if you watch what these young people do during the day is amazing, they serve from the happiest of people to the most grumpy, and are always very professional. It’s not an easy job serving the public and getting food prepared for a buisy day, especially when people are hungry and angry. Everyone there does a great job and food is always ready for you.
The owner has a great team of people, way to go Randy!!!WooHoo!!! I’m always looking forward to the car shows, it’s great to see what people do, it’s bringing the past to the present through classic cars.

Most of time service is great. Today 10/25/25, there were kids behind the register laying on the floor, throwing food at each other, girls with multiple hickies on their necks, and the one who waited on us when we picked up the cakes, was so rude! Won’t be back for a while.

The tall pretty girl with the blue hair, at the register, was very friendly & professional, she Handeled multiple orders without a mistake or delay, her demeanor & professionalism should be rewarded, i come in 1s a week & she is always happy sight

They suck so bad…. Especially the crew working on 5-7-25. Like they should probably just look for new jobs at this point.
I came through the drive-through and got my things and after getting about two blocks away, I had a hunch that the bag was too small for what I ordered and sure enough they forgot one of my cheeseburgers, so I went back through the drive-through and as soon as I got to the order window, they said sorry we close at 9pm. It was literally 9 on the dot. So I tell her that I just went through and they forgot one of my cheeseburgers with everything on it and she says fine, we can get that out the window for you.
When I get up to the window she’s in a big rush and rude.
When I get home with the food and open the second cheeseburger-it’s a fricking cold patty with ketchup and mustard. Nothing else.
Horrible service. Do better people.

I work in the service industry, and always go out of my way to be as polite as I can even when I’m ordering at a fast food place. I don’t think I’ve ever gone somewhere where the staff was just flat out mean. Not even just rude, they actually went out of their way to be MEAN. I get it, the job probably sucks and I sympathize with that. I never expect somebody in fast food to be super nice, but I do expect people to at least not be cruel.

Ordered chicken strip basket and everything was thrown into a bag on top of everything and sauce was over everything. No number to call store online or on there receipt. The employee was rude and I will chalk this up to another restaurant in Kalispell that is ruined by the employees working there.

The ice cream and julius are good but the burgers are over cooked and their chicken strips are a joke. 3 out of the 6 chicken strips were tiny.. The staff is young but nice.
