We visited to pick up a takeaway, service was lovely. Upon getting home we discovered that our naan bread was incorrectly made receiving a plain naan and not a peshwari naan.
Also the lid was not placed on one of our curry’s causing it to spill when removing from the bag.
We had ordered 3 curry’s and in mine unfortunately there was a hair inside.
That said overall the chicken was tender and fresh and the sauce creamy and fresh. A very delicious meal and something I’d likely to eat again.

Did a takeaway order after a stressful day! Tired this place for the first time and loved it so much. It doesn’t look as aesthetic in the picture as clearly I’m eating in my bed But the flavours are so so good (got panner chilly and gobi manchurian). Definitely will be trying more dishes ✨

We absolutely love Kali Mirchi! We’ve been going as an extended family for years and they always remember our orders and drinks and look after us so well. Staff are lovely and the food is always delicious. So lucky to have this in Shirley!

I’ve had Indian food all around the world and I can honestly say this is one of the tastiest I’ve expirenced ,we had three different lamb dishes and nan breads and it was amazing ,kind helpful staff and Anil was really nice and helpful in explaining the dishes ,absolute well deserved 10 out of 10

Went here with a group of friends and honestly—this is the best Indian food I’ve ever had. Every dish was packed with flavour, beautifully spiced, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. Highly recommend!

Great food, great service, and lovely atmosphere. We have used Kali time and time again, and just love their menu. Everything we order is well cooked and tastes amazing. Probably the best Indian I’ve ever had, shopped around to try and find a good tikka masala and they were never to my taste buds, but this tikka masala was the best masala i think I’ve ever had, food arrived quickly and piping hot highly recommend and will be back
