Took my youngest niece to get some ice cream and we decided to try this place for the first time. My niece loved all the flavors, toppings, and colorful spoons. The staff was really friendly and also patient while my niece picked out her ice cream (sometimes little ones take awhile). Definitely will be back!

Tonight was my first and last visit to this establishment. I went through the drive thru about 15 min before closing where we were greeted with “What y’all want?”. I was taken aback at that greeting! I get home and feel something weird on my tongue. Thinking it was just a string or something, I pull away to see this long hair! I called and talked to the ‘manager’ Dawson who said he took down my name (and I voluntarily gave my # just in case) and offered to give me three scoops for free. I just can’t shake the feeling that he didn’t really care…

Absolutely horrible. They share a staff with Johnny Grills and they refused to serve anyone on the ice cream side. As soon as we walked out the door after rudely telling us it would be awhile, basically that the restaurant was the priority. They immediately took a restaurant order as soon as we walked out the door so that we wouldn’t see them. Absolutely abysmal service.

I would love to give this small business a great review but it is pathetic. I don’t know how many times I bring my children by here for ice cream and they hardly ever have the chocolate dipped waffle cones they advertise. They are almost always out of cherries as well. Today, I looked into the ice cream freezer and there were EIGHT empty containers, and several others had a tiny bit of old frosty ice cream at the bottom of the containers. It’s pathetic. I asked for the owner and was told, “He’s not here, he comes in and out as he pleases.” This could be such an awesome place for families with great food and ice cream, but they are a total failure in my book. The children who run the place are in the kitchen on their phones, yet they can’t go dip a few cones in chocolate? I don’t blame them however, they have no guidance. Boss man, whoever you are, man up and fix your place. On a positive note, I always enjoy the burgers, but I won’t eat here until this place improves. Financially supporting this place is placing my stamp of approval, and my stamp is dry.

We love this little ice cream shop and as a bonus next door is a wonderful place to get wings and french fries! The wait staff is extremely nice! There is handicap parking right out front. The prices are fantastic! Waffle cones and sprinkles abound!

Service was not good. Young teenage girl behind the counter. Not unfriendly, but not friendly either. Couldn’t describe the ice cream flavors when asked and wouldn’t/couldn’t give sample tastes. On the bright side, the ice cream was good.

I have one word to describe this cleanliness of this establishment…..NASTY!!!! My daughter and I were looking for an ice cream parlor and found KaleidoScoop on Google. As soon as we walked in, we were walking right back out in less than a minute. There was nasty grime all around the ice cream buckets. Look like this place hasn’t been cleaned in a good while. Such a turn off!
