My husband and I had been wanting to try this place for a while, so we decided to come here for a date night. It was a bit pricier compared to another AYCE sushi spot in Concord. The AYCE menu also didn’t include all the sushi options from their regular menu, which is understandable, but the sushi portions were huge. The sushi we did receive was very good; however, they missed at least three of our orders. We didn’t mention it since we had already ordered several items and didn’t want to make a fuss. Overall, it was a good experience, but I’d probably check out other options next time.

One of my go to sushi restaurants in San Leandro. Portions match pricing and you can’t go wrong with their AYCE option. Hungry and have a craving for sushi? This is the place to go.

AYCE sushi is $44.95, but for that price there are better options with fresher fish and more variety. Sushi had too much mushy, sweet rice, and the fish didn’t taste very fresh. Plenty of parking in the back even on a weekend, but there were small flies present. There’s also a $1.50 charge per uneaten piece. Not worth it for me, and I won’t be returning.

Dropped by over the weekend. There was plenty of parking, and we seated within moments of walking in.
The service was good. We found the place had furniture from the previous restaurant that this place took over. Our table and chairs were a bit wobbly but nothing bothersome.
The food came out fast, and everything tasted good. I’ve my picky kid ate a lot. The sashimi wasn’t bad and was fresh tasting.
Overall, it was a good.

The taste is very good, the environment is very clean, during the meal, a waiter took the initiative to help me change to a bigger table, and recommended the dragon roll, with seared salmon on top and tempura shrimp in the middle! Perfect match! The good service attitude will make me come again next time!

We ordered 3 Rolls and Chirashi today, we don’t understand why the rice was so hard, I could not eat the rice, just eat salmon, avocado and cucumber. So disappointed! ☹️ ☹️

Deluxe Chirashi #35.99, very worthy. The Sashimis are very fresh and abundant. Spicy Seafood Udon $14.99, very worthy, too. I asked for non-Spicy. There are shrimps, squids, little scallops and Mussels. I cannot believe that is this price with a lot of fresh seafoods. Big thumbs
And the soup is hot enough, I love it! Sea Salt Edamame, we asked for no sea salt, it is freshly cooked. Takoyaki is not too salty, and delicious. Grilled Squid is very fresh and delicious.
Only one thing that we suggested to the server, please don’t give the customers when they are still eating the meals. We understand that we can pay it at anytime we want. But it seems not be polite to give the check when the customer is still working on their foods. We suggested the restaurant to consider to give the check the customer is ready and ask for it. The customer next to us agreed with it. She felt uncomfortable when the server gave her the check while she is still working on her meals. The server is so nice and friendly, she apologized to us. Very pleasure dining experience. We will definitely come back to try more foods.

New sushi spot opened up in downtown SL so we had to try it. Went for the rolls cos of the special buy 2 get 1 they’re running right now. Got the hokkaido, splash brothers, gaijin and and hamachi raw rolls, and the kamikaze and ragin cajun baked rolls. Also added a saba and salmon sashimi appetizer.
Everything was amazing! Presentation of the rolls were so beautiful. They had some fried garlic on some of the rolls which added a very nice flavor and texture contrast.
The inside decor and setting was kept pretty much the same as the previous restaurant which is a good thing as it’s quite open and clean. Service is super friendly and they work quick even with the busy crowd. Will be coming back for more!

This is big size sushi restaurant in this area ( downtown San Leandro ) nice inside, very clean. Dragon roll $13.99 good portion , ramen pork belly $14.99 , a lot vegetarian options, I like they Carpaccio ( fish come with sauce , red onion, tomato,green onions ) . Very menu options, will come back soon

Very let down by our experience here. They have 3 locations but this one was closer. The only saving graces were the reasonable pricing free parking lot in the back. Definitely outweighed by the things that went wrong:
1) The soft shell crab never came out till the end but that’s because we asked what happened to it
2) The crab had almost no flavor at all.. we were wondering if they refried it..
3) The aburi nigiri wasn’t as seared as they should be
4) The sushi rice was huge and not really seasoned
5) They realllllllly like adding wasabi here (y’all may like that)
6) Fish quality could’ve been better
7) A lot of random small flies going around
We may try their other locations in the future… Highly recommend skipping this one but maybe today was an one off???
