We hosted a large event at our home for 60+ guests. Catering order was perfect. Timely delivery, efficient service, great service in ensuring we were provided warmers and serving utensils.
Great serving portions, the Methi Chaman was a hit, the vegetarian biryani was delicious, we also got mango lemonade which the kids loved!
Guests loved the food, they were very happy. Nitin is accommodating and very easy to work with. I will definitely be using them again.

We happened to get this place reading good amount of reviews suggesting that the food was good, when we turned in to our surprise no one was there for or on counter. We happened to call from the counter to the restaurant so that someone could come outside and help us but still didn’t work, so we had to go behind the counter n partially through the kitchen door to call someone. Then we placed order for 5-6 dishes, Paneer dish, Dal as recommended, Schezwan fried rice n schezwan fried noodles. Whatever was made n bought to the table was extremely oily and no flavor at all except the Dal Paneer sabji, the Roti n Naan were ordered butter they came without Indo Chinese food was a laugh as no flavor and looks. When asked for to explain what was served was given an answer Hakka Noodles and Fried Rice when told about Schezwan we were served with Ketchup and Chili sauce mixture and were told this is how we make it.
We decided to eat whatever was edible/little bit flavorful and rest we left the food and called our night.
Definitely not recommend for Vegetarian options if looking for.

Our first time here was great. Nice portions and flavors! Noodles were tasty, appetizers and ghee dosa too. The service was a bit slow but overall we had a good time.
We visited a second time, the service was slower, had to wait for so long and ask multiple times for things. The chutney was not fresh and sambar was stale too. Not appetizing. Everything was pretty average, super slow and appetizers could have used more salt and seasoning

Seldom have I been lucky enough to find such wonderful authentic Indian cuisine! The richness, freshness, and depth of flavor was equally matched by the energy of the staff. The willingness of staff to discuss the various dishes and to share in the joy of food was very welcoming and will surely make diners feel at ease, especially those new to Indian food. It was a true blessing to encounter this spot. My stomach and heart are both full after my visit. I look forward to the next time!

We recently ordered birthday party catering for 70 people from Kakatiya Indian Cuisine, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was freshly made with so much care and love. I had requested everything to be on the mild side to suit all age groups, and they did a perfect job — every dish was flavorful yet balanced.

I’m updating my review because Kakatiya claims there’s “no record matching my experience” and called my comments fabricated or exaggerated. That kind of dismissive and defensive response says a lot more about how they handle criticism than the food ever could.
To clarify: Yes, I dined here. Yes, the service was fine and the place was clean. But the food? Far from acceptable. I’ve added my receipt and images of the food here to ensure this is a true experience.
My food review is below:
– The Chicken Vijayawada Biryani lacked flavor and was completely underwhelming.
– The Malai Kofta Biryani was dry and bland, tasting like it had been sitting out too long. We were genuinely excited try this, and were really dissapointed to see that there was nothing ‘malai like in it.’
– The Chicken 999 was just red chili powder overload, without any actual flavor or nuance. The same spice added in their biryanis.
– The Shahi Paneer lacked richness and flavor, which is surprising for a dish that’s typically creamy and spiced well, and had a total of 5 pieces of paneer.
– The Garlic Naan was GREAT—but that’s hardly worth writing home about when the rest of the meal misses the mark so badly.
What’s worse than mediocre food? A restaurant that refuses to accept honest feedback and instead questions the integrity of its customers. That alone guarantees I won’t be returning and I’d strongly advise others to consider their options. The Canton area has so many delicious Indian restaurants, the location that Kakatiya is located at has seen so much churn for the same reason… because the food wasn’t amazing. 1000% appreciate when small business want to make things right with genuine visits, but a CHATGPT generated response and not taking accountability is a poor start.

Tried Kakatya, the new restaurant in Canton, which has replaced Vindu. Had a good first experience placing my order over the phone, the process was smooth. The menu had plenty of tempting options, and I decided to try the Guntur Karam Chicken. The staff mentioned it would take 25-30 minutes, and true to their word, the order was ready when I arrived for pickup.
I ordered it at medium spice, but it was definitely on the spicier end. While it suited my taste, it was not medium for sure. Next time, I’ll request a lower spice level, especially if ordering for kids.
Looking forward to tasting more dishes from their menu. If you’re craving Andhra-style flavors, this place seems like a promising addition to the area!
