There were highlights and mediocre moments in terms of the food taste, but I do think that overall this is a very good neighborhood gem to grab a bite on a day that one needs relaxation, especially with a boba shop right next door. I have been here twice, both on impromptu occasions, and both times have confirmed my impression of this spot as a neighborhood gem like I had previously mentioned.
Majority of the highlights are with the main dishes like the abura soba, the chicken curry, and the sukiyaki don. They contained sufficient ingredients and good seasoning, and had enough ingredients on the side on the table to add to the dishes. I personally added more chili oil into the abura soba. The sukiyaki don needed a bit more taste in the rice, but the beef was very flavorful.
In terms of the small plates, most of them leaned towards mediocre, which meant that they tasted pretty standard, such as the karaage and the kaki fry. For those that crave for them specifically, I definitely think these dishes are worth getting. I just don’t think one should get them if they’re trying to go for a “best” or even the “better” dishes within the establishment. The only item I was more critical about was the agedashi tofu, which was very soggy and tasted too plain. It didn’t seem like a lot of effort was put into it.
With all that said, though, I will probably return here because it’s very effective at resolving a craving and a quick bite. I am also happy about the fact that it’s in Richfield because the community can benefit greatly from it.

We’re lucky to have a lot of ramen spots around the city, and this one’s definitely one of my favorites. The service is always quick, and the food comes out fast. I also love that it’s connected to other restaurants, so after your meal you can grab dessert or a drink like matcha tea or coffee next door. It can get a bit busy on weekends, but the service and food are always great and consistent.

Best gyoza I’ve ever had, hands down. The fried chicken 9/10. Ramen flavorful and delicious 9/10. I recommend giving this place a try!

We ordered Karaage chicken, spicy Tonkatsu and Sukiyaki. Tonkatsu was average, Sukiyaki was great, but the Karaage was the worst. I felt it was a bit undercooked, with almost no flavor. So if you avoid the Karaage, I think you will like the place. Not the best ramen in town, but not bad either.

Several reasons why I’m giving 5 stars: The restaurant’s atmosphere is cozy and the decor is beautiful. The few and simple ingredients make the food delicious, the portions are generous, and the order was ready pretty quickly.

I had the vegan dry noodles and it was delicious. My mom had the chicken teriyaki dry noodles and also enjoyed it. Inside has a beautiful design – super clean and modern. Highly recommend. The best noodles I’ve had in Minne.

We got the karaage, beef noodle bowl and the spicy tonkutsu ramen noodle. Service was good but was disappointed at the food. The karaage tasted a little undercooked and was not as crispy as other karaage I’ve tried around the TC. The spicy tonkustu was the most disappointing dish as the broth was so bland, it hardly had any rich porky flavor like it was supposed to. The beef noodle bowl was good though, although I wished the beef wasn’t so thin but still good. Would I come back again? Probably not. There are much better options out there.

Comfortable seating, average service, reasonable prices with modern design. Tonkotsu Raman broth was lighter and the Raman and chicken curry over rice worth to try. Pork over rice was not worth to try. Some of the pork was dried, hard crumbs over rice, tasted like it might microwave too long (the pork is not like the one without cover with lid type), the rice was fine. Appetizer takoyaki was average, semi juicy crispy Karaagi (fried chicken). Different style Battered Fried tofu was sticky to each other with the sauce, not worth the try.

Excellent noodles at reasonable prices. Close to the quality I enjoyed in Osaka, Tokyo & Hokkaido.
