Friendly staff and excellent food! Unique and rich flavors. They had all the extras that elevate the flavors. They even had a crunchy garlic grater! Love this place! Place is really small and signs inside were extremely bright (too bright).

The food is amazing! Their soup-less noodles have so much flavor! Reasonable prices too. The restaurant is a little small, organized in tables of 4 but don’t let that discourage you.

Tried Kajiken recently and overall had a really good experience.
The noodles had a nice chewy texture, and once everything was mixed together, the flavors came through well without being too heavy.
The wagyu rice bowl was rich and satisfying, especially when mixed with the egg yolk.
The karaage was juicy and well seasoned.
The takoyaki was soft inside and came out hot.
The gyoza was pretty standard but nicely pan-fried.
Portion sizes were reasonable, and the food came out fairly quickly. I liked that you can adjust the flavor with vinegar or chili oil—it makes it easy to customize to your own taste.
The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when explaining how to mix and eat the aburasoba.
Overall, nothing overly fancy, but solid food and consistent quality. I’d come back again when I’m in the mood for aburasoba.

Great experience! The service was great and the food amazing. Got the no. 1, it was creamy and very deep flavor. Finished off with dessert. The matcha ice cream was nice and light. The staff was very friendly and explained how to properly mix the noodles. Will definitely be back.

*if you ever tried kajiken in NY, this is not the same taste you would get here.
*avoid the mentaiko rice bowl, fishy roe, strong raw green onion, all great ingredients but dont work together.
*the original karage is fine, but seems like reheated, still tender because it is using the thigh meat. Still okay for having as an appetizer.
Food is fine, but generally no taste unless you add vinegar and the chilli oil. Noodle has great chewy texture.
Great customer seevice and nice dine in seatings.

Nicely lit aesthetic place with really good quality food. I got the vegan mushroom noodles and it was rich in flavor, and the noodles were a good texture. The vinegar and additional seasonings are a really good touch. The workers are also so friendly and you can tell they really care about their customers. It is very allergy/vegan friendly because they label everything. The dishes are quite rich and a good portion so definitely make sure you arrive with an empty stomach. Because the restaurant is on the smaller side, I wouldn’t recommend bringing a large group, but its perfect for dates, solo eaters or small groups 5>

Tried Kajiken for the first time today and I read that Kajiken is on the Michelin Guide 2025. Everything was so delicious and kids approved! Our favorite from the ramen options is the wagyu aburasoba. The ponzu karaage and the ika geso karaage were fried perfectly. Staff are all very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend and definitely will be back!

A fabulous place. Free drinks and free deserts.
The ramens are fresh ramen with amazing options.
If I have 5 more stars, this place would deserve it.

One of the best ramen spots I’ve tried. Rich taste, not greasy, and very satisfying

Noodles were delicious. Portions were a lot larger than expected! For appetizers, would recommend the karaage. For the Abura Soba (soup-less ramen), I would recommend the original! Will definitely be coming back
