Masarap na, mura pa!

If you’re looking for a spot that hits the trifecta of taste, looks, and value, Kaizu is it! ✨
The food is incredibly tasty—you can tell they use fresh ingredients, and every dish is packed with authentic flavor. Beyond the food, the aesthetic appearance of the restaurant is a total vibe; the interior is beautifully designed, making it the perfect backdrop for photos.
But the best part? The price is very affordable. You get a premium dining experience without the premium price tag. It’s rare to find a place this stylish that doesn’t break the bank!
Highly recommended for your next food crawl

This is my go-to food during college, and after 2 years of being away from Gensan, went back here to try the food again and it’s still the same. Affordable yet yummy. Service is fast. Gyudon is yum

We ordered ramen and donburi bowls. The ramen was quite bland, and the donburi bowls were salty. However the price was cheaper than usual japanese restaurants.

Price wise, it is cheaper compared to other restaurants offering the same set of menu. Nevertheless, the food really speaks about it.

Place wise, it is “okay”. Not the best but good enough to keep you seated.

Service is 2/5. It took quite a long time to serve food even with such a few customers eating.

The food for the price is good. It is cheap but the taste is quite bland. The pancake (I forgot their term) is just an ordinary pancake and tastes like the pancake that you can prepare at home. However, their pancakes taste more like eggs being fried.

Overall, it is 3/5. They can still do better though.

Food options are affordable. I love their gyoza, okonomiyaki, kani salad, and rice meals. I just don’t like the california maki as it was readily made and probably just stored inside the fridge. The rice was cold and hard. Nevertheless, we still had a good customer experience here.

First time going here, and may be the last. First of all the price is cheap, so we should’ve known better. We ordered ramen and sashimi and calamari. Calamari was rubbery, and was “okay. The sashimi is like 5 pcs of tuna which was fine. But the ramen, please don’t call it ramen because it tasted like “batchoy” with seafood in it. I don’t really complain a lot about food, but this one is just on the list of the places that we won’t visit again. Our food took forever to arrive (probably around 25-30min). They could’ve atleast served our drinks, our checked in on us. But oh well, charge to experience!

Me and the boys went here to try and eat some food. We decided to eat some chicken burgers and we can say that it’s a 10/10 burger, every part of the burger compliments each other and give off a very delicious taste making you want more.
The atmosphere here is quite nice I’d say its a good place to hangout with you friends or family.

The food wasn’t bad, the service was… Food was tasty and well priced. Rather, it’s on the cheap side. Serving size is decent too. But service… I stood in line and when it was my turn to be served, server walked away, no greeting or anything like, “I’ll be back.” Just simply walked away. Granted, she did something with order sheets or something. She came back and I thought she was gonna finally greet me, but no. It was like she forgot to do something then left again. Finally when she took my order, her words were, “Order nyo po?” Translation – “What’s your order?” No greeting, no, “Sorry for the wait.” THEN, when our food was served at our table, the waitress (another person) put all our food at the end of the adjoining table rather than placing the food directly in front of us. She could have stood next to us and put our food down on our table, but instead served it away from us. I had to literally lean to reach our drinks. Was awkward. First time I ate at a waited restaurant where food is served AWAY from you. It was just weird. So yeah, service = 0 points.

Good options for food. We had ordered beef ramen, salmon sushi, watermelon shake, and the dorayaki. Food quality was pretty good and it was quite flavorful. Watermelon shake was more like juice and had lots of seeds in it. Dorayaki (chocolate pancakes) were tasty but very dry. It was crowded at the time we went on a Thursday at around 5 p.m. Wait time was around 20-30 minutes. Good options for seating (indoor and outdoor). Would come again.

If you’re craving for a Japanese dish but tight on a budget, this is a place to go. A very affordable and with lots of variety on the menu to choose from. But of course, the taste is not that authentic. Serving portion is okay. Place is clean and spacious and the staff are very accommodating.
