I went with a few friends on a snowy Saturday evening. It was fairly busy but still easy to find an open table. We had the karaage chicken and gyoza to share which were both fine but not anything special. We all had different versions of the udon and loved all of them. I would highly recommend the curry udon and add the pork! Service was quick.

Got the Classic Tonkotsu through Door Dash. The flavor was very good. The meat was tender. I really liked it. The only “complaint” I have is that the portion is smaller than you get at other restaurants. The noodles are definitely thin as described in the description. However I still felt full, but not overstuffed. So even though I got less it was still an adequate amount. I would recommend.

I’m glad the place I was intending to eat at was closed today, cuz I got to eat here!
An open, modern, relaxed environment with some gentle music playing in the background.
The man behind the counter was very polite, patient & helpful, even to the point of stating that the dishes could be left on the table when finished. Good to know.
Ordered the Classic Tonkotsu – having had it elsewhere – and I was blown away. So much better than I’ve had previously. So much more flavor.
I’ll come back here, for certain!

The Ramen broth was very good. I did feel the amount of meat was very minimal only 4 very thin slices of pork belly, but would have no issue ordering extra now that we know. This is an order at the counter and seat yourself style restaurant. The food came out in like 5 minutes flat. Very quiet, I would recommend maybe playing some music in the background to break up the silence. We felt like we were in a library it was so quiet. The spring rolls and shrimp tempora were traditional and nothing special but they were good. The ramen broth was soooooo flavorful and delicious, we will come again just for the ramen but I’ll add a few extra pieces of meat and maybe another egg. Highly recommend

Great service, ordered the vegan miso ramen $15 (highly recommend), shrimp and veggie tempura was cooked amazingly, worth the $9 and also the Japanese vegetable curry, the small potion is well sized for the price, tastes great and a good option for a quick snack / for kids
They have table seating, and bar stool seating. The food came out at a decent time as well. Would come back again

How did I land here? We intended to go to another ramen restaurant, but I picked the wrong one. This was the best delicious mistake I’ve ever made. I loved this restaurant. You pick the broth base and then style of Ramen noodles and protein, with vegan options! You order at the desk, but the food is brought out to you. Plus, they have Japanese drink options. It was delicious (see my pics)! We started with pork chashu buns and then moved to Karaage Chicken, which were delicious. This is the type of Ramen that haunts my dreams, it’s so good. I’m gonna call it… this is the best Ramen I’ve had in traveling to 10 countries. Overall delicious score: 5 out of 5. Pros: Food, staff, great appetizer and food options, relaxing minimalist restaurant layout, close to paid parking. Cons: None. Don’t miss this place!

Food was absolutely delicious. I got the Toyko-Style Shoyu and substituted chicken chatsu. Didn’t have to wait to be seated and food came out pretty quick. Staff was pretty good. Provided the customer service needed. Nothing more, nothing less. Cool vibes all around. Highly recommend.

Im on a hunt for the best Ramen in michigan, and the Ramen here was Delicious! I enjoyed the creamy romen, replaced with chicken! I’ll note thay the pickled veggies were… not great. They tatsed like they were in only salt water. Maybe a splash of vinegar would’ve helped a bit. In all, I would definitely come back here!
The only thing I wanted to note as a first time goer was that when I went inside, there wasn’t anyone, or even a sign, at the entrance to tell us what to do. Do I sit or wait to be seated since the podium is in the front?. They seemed short staff, but the one worker in the front worked his butt off and did a great job. I guess I was confused on the type of restaurant this is, and I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s an, order at the counter and seat yourself as you please, type of restaurant which is fine. But I’d consider getting rid of the podium if no one will be there to greet the guests to decrease confusion, or maybe have a sign for what to do. In all, I enjoyed my time here and appreciate the kindness of my server and the calm atmosphere of the restaurant. I’d recommend everyone trying this place.

My boyfriend and I are OBSESSED with this place! We have to try not to come every week… it is so good. Best spring rolls I’ve ever had. They make them hot and fresh every time. Their pork tonkatsu is amazing, we both ask for spicy and considering extra pork highly recommend!

Great Ramen spot, much tastier than chains like Ima (as a reference). Highly recommend the classic tonkotsu – the broth is smooth/creamy, egg noodles taste great, and the pork melts in your mouth. Will definitely come back to try other bowls!
