Delicious! We came here for dinner on a Saturday night and it was great. Service was very friendly and also quick! I love that the menu has half orders for the rolls even when you aren’t doing all you can eat. This allowed me to try more types of rolls than I would have doing full. We started with spicy garlic edamame and my husband got the peppers, great choices. I can’t remember the rolls that I got, but I got at least 3 half rolls and ate everything. It was all so delicious! The prices were very reasonable as well. My husband got a beer and 2 rolls, plus my half rolls and our apps, we came in under $100.
I recommend a reservation if you can make one. We got lucky and made it before a rush and large reservation group. I absolutely would come here again, the vibe was chill and we really enjoyed the food.

The sushi was fine. Not thrilling, not tragic. It existed.
The hot food, however, was where things went decidedly downhill. The meat was tough and tasted old, and the fried items had that unmistakable flavour of oil that’s well past retirement age. The katsu in particular tasted off — either the meat was questionable or the oil was, and neither option inspires confidence.
We didn’t stay long, which says everything at an all-you-can-eat spot. When the best decision of the night is leaving early, something’s gone wrong.
Polite staff, passable sushi, but the kitchen needs serious attention — preferably before the oil gains sentience.

I had the assorted sushi from the lunch combo. I ordered three lunch combos and chose a different roll for each one. Personally, the spicy crab roll was slightly spicy and delicious. The sushi rolls were fresh, and the house salad dressing was very tasty. It also came with miso soup. I was satisfied with the friendly service and the food.

I live in Lake Havasu City and regularly drive two hours here and back for a total of 4 hours just to eat here—and that alone should tell you how incredible this place is.
This is hands-down the best all-you-can-eat sushi I’ve ever had. The fish is always extremely fresh, the rice is perfectly balanced, and every roll is made with care—not rushed or sloppy like many AYCE spots. You never get that “fishy” taste, and the quality stays consistent no matter how much you order.
The service is impeccable. Staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient without hovering. Orders come out quickly, accurately, and beautifully plated, which is rare for an all-you-can-eat restaurant.
On top of all that, the price is very reasonable for the quality and experience. You truly get exceptional value, especially compared to other sushi places that charge more for far less.

The best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. My husband and I come here about two times every time I visit. The rolls are only the tip of the iceberg; they have an amazing high quality variety of Japanese cuisine to die for! I tried curry for the first time here and will not settle for anything less now.
Because I am from California, high quality fish is very easy to distinguish from lower grade cuts and suppliers. Kaizen Sushi has great standards for their fish and it shows in the food, no matter what you order. Please visit! (owner/ manager is very friendly too!)

I had to share this experience. This restaurant was great, all you can eat, the price is amazing, the food delicious, the service spot on. There’s only one reason I will never go back, and that’s because when I walked in the door, the smell of industrial cleaning chemicals almost knocked me over! The only reason I didn’t immediately walk out is because a friend of mine was meeting me and she chose the restaurant. It’s my philosophy, if I walk into a restaurant and don’t smell food but what I can smell is their cleaning solvents, I’m out. I stayed for the sake of my friend, and we had an enjoyable meal, but the smell never left me. At one point, I went to use the restroom and as it’s a single ladies room I had to wait just outside of it, and while I was standing there I realized that the smell was getting stronger, so I looked down, and right there next to me was a mop and a bucket! The odor was so overwhelming I had to go back to my table to wait for the restroom to be free. As this may sound like an exaggeration, the proof was there on my drive home when the smell was literally in my nose and on my clothes, and 24 hours later still on my jacket which I had to put outside! So again, the place was great, barring the toxic atmosphere. I hope this review will reach them and perhaps they can dilute and adjust their cleaning protocol, and it would probably be best to put away the mop and bucket!!

This is the best AYCE in Vegas/Henderson IMHO.
So much variety for a very reasonable price in this day and age. Every bite of sashimi and nigiri was fresh and vibrant. Staff was always close by, cheerful and responsive. The Korean grilled short ribs were outstanding! Perfectly cooked! I am excited to return many, many times!
Edit 7/12/2024: I have returned many, many times. 25 times to be exact. The new Summer Temaki options are SO GOOD! The variety of options is unbeatable for the price. The staff are courteous and genuine, for me the interactions with them enhance the dining experience greatly. Special shout out to Nour, Sydney, Kevin Dania and Angelina, you guys ROCK! Thanks for always taking great care of me!

First time here. Food was good but not great. The green mussels lacked flavor as did the beef dish. The portions were adequate and priced accordingly. The all you can eat is the best value for your money, (highly recommend). The servers were very personable and friendly. I will definitely recommend this spot to family and friends.

Kaizen Fusion and Sushi in Henderson is a five-star experience from start to finish! The sushi is fresh, beautifully plated, and bursting with flavor. I especially loved the Kaizen Roll and the crispy rice with spicy tuna—absolutely delicious. The service was fast and friendly, and the ambiance was modern and inviting. Whether you’re dining in or doing all-you-can-eat, the quality never slips. Great spot for date night or a casual dinner with friends. This place has easily become one of my go-to sushi spots in the area. Highly recommend if you’re craving sushi done right!
