Visited this location and did the apps with the discounts weekday special. Service was very slow to begin with. Server didn’t explain the special, it was the manager. We ordered the lollipop chicken and I had to spit it out, very very small and it was spoiled. Noodles was overcooked in addition to the sushi being okay. The fried salmon bites were underseasoned. The ambiance was cool but the drinks were not consistently made.

I am now uploading this so the time does not match but I visited Kaizan for their BUDDHA BELLY BUFFET I got one of everything on the menu My favorite items in no particular order were the nijiri, lollipop chicken, calamari (I believe), potato balls & spicy tofu. At the time I didn’t fancy their rolls as it was lacking flavor to me but I will be giving them a second chance soon (I’ll update this when I do )

Great customer service and drinks. The nigiri at this branch wasn’t as good as the chaguanas and port of spain branch. It has a weird taste but everything else was really good especially the salmon bites and the tempura ice cream. This branch has a modern aesthetic compared to the other branches however the tables for couples are very small and uncomfortable. I would highly recommend reserving a bigger table.

Excellent food and service all around. The sushi tasted fresh and was prepared very well. They had a large menu so there’s definitely something for everyone here. The staff was friendly and attentive and the ambience was great. Definitely recommended checking this place out for sushi!

Ordered food a few times and always say without ginger, unfortunately over half the orders still end up with ginger.
Thankfully I’m not allergic, I simply hate the taste of it, however even after picking out the ginger the food still tasted like it, which sucks…

I usually have sushi delivered from Kaizan due to the pandemic and it has been extremely wonderful, favourites being pepper squid, TnT Dynamite and Volcano roll! But I digress, beautiful, clean place. I enjoy their use of space to make it seem much bigger than it is. While we were waiting on our entrée the manager visited us to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves. That was a first time experience to me in a Trinidad restaurant. Kaizan knows their stuff! We had a very sweet waitress that double checked our order every step of the way. Man that rice bowl was extremely stuffing I didn’t expect that at all. I had the peanut Thai chicken. Exquisite taste and I was extremely satisfied by it. I slept like a baby when I get home.

Overall, great experience. Delicious food as expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful (our server helped my friends and I to take pictures for memories as well as pointed out non-alcoholic beverages for our religious friend.) Their Noodle Bowls are exquisite. They ensured the safety precautions were met by taking record of their customers’ temperature readings and time and area of residence.
