My husband and I had dinner last evening and chose to sit at the bar and have our dinner there. We had sushi which was outstanding. We also had the pleasure of being served by Melissa who said she was new there but made menu suggestions based on the local favorites. She was spot on! She seemed very enthused about her new move to the Keys and said she was very happy to have joined the team at your establishment. She did a great job taking care of everyone at the bar and seemed to create an upbeat and fun atmosphere. We will be back when in town!

We fished in the afternoon and brought in some of the fish for them to cook. It was close to kitchen closing time, but the people couldn’t have been nicer and sat us down and got right to work preparing our fish 3 different ways. Everything was amazing, especially our waitress and the rest of the staff. Thank you for finishing our day in style!!

The Tuna Nachos were awesome!
I had the Coco Loco and it was delicious. Lots of folks there and it took 20 minutes to get some more water after the bottle was taken away but overall a great place. A premium place with a Premium price.

Sushi was absolutely amazing!! Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had to be honest. The only negative thing I’d have to say is the service was definitely lacking. We waited almost an hour for our check after we were finished eating. Honestly disappointing since it was such a positive experience until that point.

Sushi menu has many tasty options and some interesting twists to certain rolls. The coco loco is one in particular. Make a reservation if possible. It gets very busy especially in the evening depending on the season. There was a party of six who was drunk and very loud and inconsiderate but once they ate and settled down the atmosphere was more peaceful. Staff was on them though and manger the table well. Our server Dave was very kind and knew the menu well. The manger walked around and was also very friendly. They have a bar and high tops when you walk in to the left of you want drinks or to sit at a high table.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal at Kaiyo. We had sushi, our server Hilary who was amazing recommended the Ribeye which was absolutely the best steak I have had. We had a Peruvian beer Hilary recommended and some sake. The rolls were delicious and the whole night was wonderful: ask for Hilary when you go. 5 stars!

I believe we’ve been here a total of 3 times and we recently went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed! Food was DELICIOUS and our waitress Sierra was phenomenal, she recommended great drinks and desserts. Worth every penny.
