Reviews
If you’re looking for a place that delivers both incredible food and outstanding service, this is it! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know.
I’ve been craving sushi (specifically rolls with jalapeño) and Kaito Sushi absolutely delivered.
What we ordered & loved:
1. The Kaito Roll (signature roll) — This was the clear winner of the night. It took me on a full on flavor adventure and the jalapeño gave it the perfect kick. If it’s your first time here, this is a must-try. Be ready for a mouthwatering explosion of flavors.
2. Mexican Roll — I asked to swap the spicy crab for spicy tuna and it was the perfect choice. Great texture, great flavor, and it hit exactly what I was craving.
3. Dinner plate — Came with super fresh sashimi, a small salad, and miso soup. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. We also ordered yuzu sauce instead of soy sauce, and we loved the bright citrusy flavor with the sashimi.
Family friendly experience:
We also brought our 11-month-old, and it was a great experience for us as parents. He had the teriyaki chicken plate with gyoza, edamame, and white rice, and he loved it so much he ate fast (so fast I couldn’t even get a good picture ). He was happy sitting in his high chair, enjoying his meal and the experience.
Overall, it was amazing sushi, great ambiance, and a smooth dining experience. I’m a huge supporter of small businesses, and learning they just opened a few weeks ago made me want to support them even more. If you’re in Henderson and looking for sushi that feels special and is full of flavor, I highly recommend Kaito Sushi, just make sure you make a reservation
I resevred the Omakase experience for a Valentine date. We sat at the bar and were introduced to a gastronomic experience that puts so many of the Vegas strip restaurants to shame. We were greeted and seated by a lovely hostess, who also served us sake. We were then treated to an eight course experience by Chefs Badin and Chat. Each course was prepared right in front of us along with an education on the fish and seasonings. One of the many highlights was the dry aged fish. If you have never tried this, it needs to be on your bucket list. We were served different species of fish sashimi and nigiri style (including non regulars for me like amberjack, red snapper, halibut), soup, and beef. They make their own premium soy sauce and serve fresh grated wasabi root. Lastly, we had a delicate coconut cream cake for dessert. At the time of this writing (Feb 2026) the omakase is $80/ person. You have to understand that is a very low price and they keep it affordable on purpose, but there is absolutely no holding back on quality. I truly wish we had such a place in my hometown. If you’re visiting Vegas, get off the strip and come get spoiled! You won’t regret it. If you’re a local, you should be eating here on a regular basis.
Come check um out!! Everything is great but try the smoked salmon it is out of this world! Toro with 24K gold dust!!!
Will definitely be back!
The premium sushi is an amazing value and comes with 7 pieces of delicious nigiri and your choice of special roll. I also ordered Japanese Hokkaido uni which was delicious and tasted extremely fresh.
