The customer service truly stood out. Our server, Maia, was wonderful—kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Multiple staff members checked in on us to see how the food was and ensure we were enjoying our experience, which made us feel very well cared for.

Visiting from out of town and we love to pick local restaurants to support when we vacation. I have been craving a lemon grass coconut soup for quite some time and Kaiso did not disappoint!
Every item we were served was piping hot and delicious. The Thai veggie spring rolls were so crispy and hot, perfect crunch when you bit into them. My son & husband had teriyaki chicken and my husband said it was better than our local places.
Service was great, greeted the moment we opened the door. No wait to sit down but clearly very busy with take out orders.
We will return for sure.

Had a fantastic experience at Kaiso! The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. The sashimi melted in my mouth, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients.
Kim was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxed dinner.
Highly recommend if you’re seeking authentic Japanese cuisine with excellent service. Will definitely be returning!

Sushi here is so great! Miso soup also very tasty, and hot! I wouldn’t recommend the Seaweed salad, as it was more lettuce than seaweed. The seaweed was seasoned very well, but we were craving more than there was.
Service was excellent, and fast. Everyone was friendly.

Best Thai food in Kelowna by far. Thai hot is hot! Flavors are deep and beautifully balanced. Negitoro is very nice. Friendly service. Just a beautiful place to eat.

This used to be the best Thai restaurant bar none. Obviously in the last 2 months ownership has changed. We have been customers for approximately five years. The food used to be excellent and now is mediocre at best. We are so disappointed. We usually do take out. One of our favourite dishes is the Red Curry with chicken. It doesn’t even smell like there is any coconut milk in the dish and there was very little chicken. The dish used to have potatoes, which is our favourite but they no longer put potatoes in the dish. They must use a cheap oil – the fat sat on the food and looked congealed. We may try again in 6 months to see if anything changes. We are so disappointed.

This was our first time coming to this restaurant. Service was very good. The waiter came and checked on us often and was able to bring the stuff we requested quickly. Food was amazing! Gyoza was a little bit dry but the sushi and curry were so good we left with a full stomach of joy. Salmon skin roll was the best.
