Came here for a doordash pickup, really nice vibe from decor, very bright even at night time. Food smells great would definitely come back.

It’s okay. Ambiance is great, I didn’t feel there was any hostility from staff like other reviews. However, not only is the food expensive AF, the food is sub-par. Something as simple as Orange Chicken had a horrid pancake style batter which slipped right off the meat. I would have been happier had I gone to Panda Express.

Place sucks for it to be very pricey. I ordered my food bill came out to 60$ i expected a good portion. When the delivery guy came he gave me attitude didn’t say hi or anything just a simple “here is your food”. I gave him a 100$ bill but he didn’t give me my full change i asked him to give me the rest and with attitude he demanded a tip. I said no give me my full change and he left screaming saying “F… this job”!!!.

The food is good… A little pricey but they give you big portions. I always get it delivered or to go because I have heard that their service is very rude. Most things are spicy so just tell them if you want it to not be.
other than that it is a good restaurant.

After an hour and half wait for my food to be delivered (was supposed to one hour) I was told it was going to be another 20 minutes. Their food is OK at best and certainly not worth such a wait. We went with delivery because their service is so bad in the restaurant. When will Malibu get a decent Chinese restaurant?

Terrible, Rude Service, Slow, Below Average Food

I ate here one time and the food was very bland, flavorless, and tasted like frozen Chinese food that can be bought a grocery freezer. The price was also fairly expensive for the below average quality of the food. Very greasy, salty, and unfresh.

The decor is nice, but the service is terribly slow and inattentive.

The restaurant is one of the few to deliver in Malibu, and I thought I would give it a second chance and order some food. When they arrived at my house, the order was messed up and incorrect, and I had to call back to ask them to bring me the correct order. I had to call back 14 times before anyone answered the phone. The man who answered the phone was very rude when I spoke to him. it took over an hour to receive my order, which also ended up being incorrect again! Finally, I had to call the restaurant back 8 times again and finally just called the manager directly, who brought back the order over 30 minutes later.

Almost 2 hours after I ordered the food, it was finally delivered correctly.

Stay away from this place. Its not worth the hassle.

Food was fresh and very well prepared. Clean, bright, modern atmosphere. Outstanding service at lunch on Tuesday (restaurant half full). Even offered to give me a to-go cup for my drink! I’ve never been offered that anywhere, and thought I didn’t need a drink to go I will never for get them for the offer. I’m a local and this is now a new favorite place. Sorry I waited so long to try it out.

We ordered lemongrass soup, tofu w chicken, and Mongolian beef. The ingredients in the lemongrass soup did not appear to represent Chinese foods, except for bamboo shoot. The Mongolian beef is a bit salty, but the mushrooms are quite good. The tofu dish was perfect. We wish the restaurant would stay true to Chinese foods. Foods were made to cater to California/American.

We arrived 15 mins before close (unbeknownst to us). The brunette waitress with less than zero personality and warmth, proceeded to rush us through ordering with a near nasty attitude. Then, she hurriedly slapped our bill down on the table prior to food delivery. Upon delivering our food, she rushed us to begin and finish up in the same breath, without even offering us the opportunity to order dessert, stating, “We’re now closed, so…” With that, we ate one or 2 bites, asked for to go boxes and produced payment for the (to go) meal, as she made it unbundantly clear that she felt we were somehow doing her wrong by patronizing her establishment during her posted business hours. That service was especially reprehensible, given that the restaurant is located in our Malibu community. Never again.

Phoned in an order for a lunch special last week (Chow Mein w/Chicken) and gentleman on the phome told me $13.00. I recieved the order along with a soup. A few days later, i phoned in an order for the same thing and confirmed the price with them. I showed up and the price jumped from $13.00 to $17.00. They told me that it isnt a lunch special and showed me the menu. I told them that i paid $13.00 the last time and they even confirmed the $13.00 THIS time. They wouldnt even offer to honor the price on the phone from today…

Yeah… I won’t be back.
