This is a great Japanese restaurant. We had a great time. The food was excellent. The atmosphere is quaint and romantic. You can sit at wooden tables with chairs or sit on a mat at authentic Japanese style tables. I highly recommend this restaurant for fun casual dining or for a romantic date night.

Very expensive but good food. For context, I brought my son for his 25th birthday. We had 9 people, all 17+ years old and _no_ alcohol was ordered. The bill for 9 people with automatic tip came out to be $390 or $44/person.
With that out of the way, we had a good experience. The waitress was very gentle and patient. The place has nice decoration and Japanese architecture.. at least it reminds me of one which is a nice plus on the ambience. We sat at the upper platform so that part is not wheelchair accessible.
They have both menu book and also QR code so you can see what the food looks like. The raw stuff were fresh. Photos shows the things we ordered and everyone loved it. Since it’s very expensive, we only come here on very special occasion and this is my 3rd visit in 2 years.

Came once and definitely coming back. Food was extremely fresh and very tasty. They did not disappoint.. their oysters were so delicious we had to order more. Loved the atmosphere, servers were polit and service was very quick.

Really nice dining environment — warm, spacious, and quiet. We ordered the tempura mix and a sushi tray, and both were great. The two ladies serving us were very warm and attentive. Yes, the prices are a bit on the higher side, but with the environment and service, it feels well worth it.☺️❤️

Omg!! It is tough to find a fresh and melt in your mouth sashimi these days and Kaisen Don did just that.
I usually don’t get the roll because I prefer sashimi over anything.

But the Chirachi Don (camera did not get to eat this one but it is the prettiest plate out of all), and Blue Fin Sashimi Don was Z best, melt in your mouth sashimi. So so fresh.

We chugged it down so fast so camera did not get to eat.

Me and my wife were in the city and we decided to grab a bite to eat on the way home. Found this place and let me tell you between the atmosphere and the customer service. It was amazing. It is nice, clean and different than anything. We have where we you from. I want to thank them for being curious and being very Hospitable. The

Solid 4 stars! Kaisen Don has an extensive menu with many options not found at other sushi spots. The quality of their fish, along with outstanding service, make this a great place to enjoy a meal.

Food is just okay. Fish didn’t taste fresh. No service, after finishing meal, waited 10 minutes with an empty glass water, the waitress never bothered to come by. I had to go pay at the counter myself. Not busy on a Sunday night.

For two, I ordered the pork belly skewers, pork gyoza, and the bacon wrapped enoki to start. Then got the sushi tray A. Everything hit the spot and was delicious! The servers also went above and beyond and were very nice throughout the night.
I really enjoyed the ambiance of this restaurant. Its warm, cozy, and can be seen as romantic in a sense. I would highly recommend the sushi trays for 2 people! Its just enough food and the cuts are much larger than other sushi restaurants. 10/10
