We came here for my husband’s birthday and had a great time! The service from the moment you approach the door to when you leave was fantastic. We were greeted outside as we were approaching the door to he restaurant. We were guided to our seat and the timing of each bite was so well executed and practiced, they make it look so easy. I’ve eaten at other similar fine dining places where the timing is off or doesn’t make sense like a party arriving after us finishing before us. The pacing was smooth and well timed here.

The food was yum! Such great quality ingredients and excellent preparation of the food. I didn’t leave hungry and I did order an extra sushi but I could’ve gone for more of the delicious goodness.

I highly recommend and would love to make time to come back in the future!

My wife and I were visiting from out of town and wanted to try something unique and we landed on a hole in the wall gem. If you are into Japanese cuisine and the intricacies of food presentation, then I highly recommend you visit Sanga. I paired my dinner with the premium sake and it took the meal to the next level. The venue is small and personal and the staff knowlegable and friendly. I even had a snafu with my booking and Rich and the owners helped accomodate us.

Sanga, the perfect place for a holiday, or any reason, dinner.

Set menu, which changes monthly, of nine courses ($250), with two types of sake pairings (opted for the basic $85 one). Bottles and beverages could be purchased separately as well.

In short, one of the most amazing meals I have enjoyed.

The experience was a feast for the senses, from the premium ingredients to the traditional and stunning techniques, presentation, and flavor. A5 wagyu, Maine lobster, kobako, sake lees, caviar, black truffle, milt, fish like yellowtail, barracuda, tuna, seabass, snapper, just a small sample of the treats in store. The accompanying enhancers received no less care, from the red wine salt to the soy sauce to the hand-ground wasabi.

The $85 sake pairing consisted of six pours, each delivered with history, rice type, and into its own particular vessel whether a wee latticed porcelain cup, murano glass, color-changing saucer, or enameled gilt chalice.

Service: Unintimidating formality, cheerful and informative.

Atmosphere: Elegant, traditional, minimalist modern. Light music set a peaceful tone, while the chefs fascinated with their skills to create edible art.

Value: Incalculable.

We came here for my husbands birthday and were treated to a flawless dining experience rivalling the kaiseki and omakase experiences I’ve had in NYC and Asia. I will definitely be back! Thank you to Seiko and the team!

Give these chefs a Michelin Star! This was my second time dining at Kaiseki Sanga and it was just as incredible as the first. Every single bite was better than the last, the sushi course is spectacular. This is Japanese food at its finest. The experience is personal as the counter only accommodates 10. There is care placed in every detail from serving drinks, folding napkins, explaining the food and preparation, to a basket to store your purse below your seat. I will make sure to dine here every time I am in town!

This was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The entire experience from start to finish was perfect. From walking into the restaurant down the long narrow hall opening onto the counter, the attention and kindness from the staff as soon as we arrived and throughout the evening, the gentle and informative explanations of the ingredients and sake, the beautiful and innovative presentations, the artistry of the chefs, all the way to the end of the meal where the staff invited my husband and I behind the counter for a look and photo. All of it was perfect. My husband and I went for his birthday and the staff paid special attention to this in a way that was respectful and thoughtful while not drawing attention or being at all uncomfortable (he hates getting attention at restaurants for celebrations).
Every bite was beautiful and so thoughtfully prepared. We had the premium sake pairings and they were so delicious and refreshing and the som gave special attention to explaining them in a way that was fun and informative to us as sake novices. Definitely showed me what sake can be in the same way a well done wine pairing does.
My husband and I are lucky enough to have visited many starred restaurants (we love to eat) including three star places and Sanga is in the same tier as any of those. We did visit a few other kaiseki restaurants while visiting and none of them could compare. Absolutely unforgettable and would strongly recommend if you are in Las Vegas and would like a special dinner (be prepared for 350-500/person depending on drink choices).

I was skeptical at first reading some of the other reviews before going but after having enjoyed this omakase meal at Sanga, this truly is easily top 3 meals I’ve ever had in my entire life.

The friendly chefs are from Japan, the staff very knowledgeable about the menu and sake, and the food is absolute perfection. It’s not cheap but priced properly for what we got, it was a well portioned omakase menu with Hokkaido uni, A5 wagyu, caviar, and the best otoro – def not hungry after. The menu changes monthly. We’re already planning our next visit.

Menu changes every month. One of the most unique dining experiences I have ever encountered in the United States. This place is one of a kind. Traditional Japanese eight course meal. You have to make reservations. Largest group is for 11 guests. Great date night place. Try it out if you’re an adventurous foodie & are in Vegas! Thank you Sanga! The best. Very appreciated.

This was literally the best meal in my entire life. It’s pricy but it’s worth it. You’re seated at the counter and you have a front row seat to all the kitchen magic they do that you may normally see on a show like Iron Chef, except here you are the one eating it. Each bite gets better and better and you keep thinking wow, what am I eating? Only to find that the next course is just another level. The quality of the ingredients and the skill of these chefs is next level.

This isn’t your everyday meal. Come here for a celebration and you’ll remember it for a long time.
