We are a Caribbean Fusion Restaurant that offers delicious flavors to make your taste buds happy. Our goal is to redefine Caribbean dishes featuring flavors from all cultures. Come enjoy our braised oxtail, jerk rasta pastas, wings with our assorted signature sauces, and so much more! At the moment, we are working on building our store front. My friend and I tried the food at a festival and it was great for the most part! The braised Oxtail was seasoned well and cooked to perfection, along with the amazing Mac n cheese. I ordered the Brooklyn fries and they honestly weren’t that good. I wasn’t expecting the sauce to be all over the fries and it ruined them for me. Other than that though, everyone was so nice and welcoming!

This is some of the best food I’ve ever had. And as a travel healthcare provider I can confidently say that this place tops most of the dc, Houston and Charlotte Caribbean restaurants I’ve been too. I am so glad I made my initial door dash order, then ordered again in person. And the atmosphere in person is top tier, the dj is great. Tiffany was so nice, i will be ordering more!

I’ve had a few quesadillas from many places, but this one was truly exceptional! The flavor was a rare treat that stood out from the usual standard quesadilla. Every bite was packed with deliciously melted cheese, a perfect crisp on the tortilla, and a filling of Oxtail that had a depth of taste you don’t find everywhere. It’s a must-try for anyone who appreciates a well-crafted.

are uniquely flavorful, with the Sorrel wings being a true standout! They have a perfect balance of crispiness l, tenderness, and cooked to perfection. Love it!

This Rasta Pasta was made to perfection! The creamy sauce had the right kick of spice enough to bring out the Caribbean flavors without overwhelming the dish. The pasta was cooked to the perfect texture, and the jerk mixture made every bite absolutely delicious. You can tell it was made with care, and the balance of flavors was spot on. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

The husband, the kids, and I went here on a whim just looking for some savory Caribbean food aligned with what we are use to. We were not too surprised because of the reviews we’ve read but more so very satisfied that this hit the spot. We tried everything on the menu. Tiffany has amazing hands and cooks to order. The chicken was crispy with the right amount of sauce, she mastered maintaining the crisp to the chicken even with the bbq sauce and had other flavors. My husband loved the Sorrel wings and barely made it home with what was left. He’s a foodie but still rates many places in San Antonio sub par. I can speak for him based off his smacking and non-stop talking about this place that he LOVED these wings. The Oxtail Quesadilla did surprise me because I hate Oxtails. This was cooked to perfection and actually mimicked a cheesesteak taste or just steak quesadilla but better. These will be the only Oxtails I eat for sure ever in life at this point. Tiffany must make these or I’ll politely decline. The kids said it was delicious and they’re very vocal. You sway my kids, you have something great. 5 stars. Tiffany is personable and I love her family gets involved. More people must know about this hidden gem as my husband calls it. You’ll be full, satisfied, and impressed with the affordability. I’m in my early stages of pregnancy and everything makes me gag. While I couldn’t eat much, baby was happy and not at all letting any of this go like my usual non-home cooked meals. I can’t wait to share this with visiting family and more foodies.
