I wanted to love this place. The man behind the counter was friendly, and ordering was quick. Unfortunately the prices were so high! An ice coffee, macchiato, and bagel w/ cream cheese was $18! My sisters coffee was all ice!
( they did do a refill since we sat and drank in the café, so that was awesome.) It’s a cute place to meet up and maybe do some work, but it’s definitely very hard to fathom the prices.

I ordered the “The Caprese Panini – Fresh mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes, pesto, and balsamic glaze on panini bread.” through the door dash app as this food place is hidden behind another name called the Panini Press – 120 West Ave
Saratoga Springs, NY.
First red flag is that the reviews on there are hidden, the SANDWICH (not a panini) was terrible to say the least. This was made on potato sandwich bread not panini bread (Italian bread) like they claim, they also DO NOT use fresh mozzarella and only use shredded cheese. They were not even capable of melting to show effort of hiding it. They also do not use vine ripe tomatoes and they use far too much salt! I took one bite and refused to eat the rest. Gross. For the worlds easiest 4 ingredient panini you could have done way better! & stop using someone else’s photos of food they don’t look anything like yours.

I really, really wanted to love this place. With such high ratings, I was excited to give it a try and support a spot that feels a little off the beaten path.
I ordered the tuna wrap, which was just okay. The flavor was fine, but the wrap itself was very chewy and hard to get through, which made it less enjoyable overall.
The harder part for me was the experience. The staff didn’t feel very welcoming, and when I asked about the WiFi, which appears to be free but requires a password from your receipt, it unfortunately didn’t work at all. When I mentioned how slow and unusable it was, the response was essentially, “Yeah, us too,” without much acknowledgment or apology. Since I had come in specifically to do some work on my laptop, that was disappointing.
I truly wanted this to be my new go-to coffee shop, but unfortunately it just wasn’t a win for me this time. I hope they’re able to improve the service and WiFi experience, because it has the potential to be a really great spot.

Over $12 for a BEC.
Fruit was sour.
Unbuttered microwaved bagel.
$5-6 is more like it.
Meat was best part.

Overpriced. Sketchy. They run over a dozen scammy “ghost kitchens” online where they try and trick you into thinking you’re ordering from a different place. Overpriced mediocre food with undersized portions, they nickel and dime you to death on every little things. The owners of this place should be ashamed, but shame is clearly not a trait they have.
Avoid.

Overpriced and scammy. Just go to uncommon ground the food is better and literally half the price. Oh yeah this place also spams you with an insane number of “ghost kitchens.” It’s very annoying and shifty behavior.

The owner woman has the personality of a rock. Food is just OK and service borderlines on flagellation. Not sure why anyone would go here when there are many options around town where you’ll be treated respectfully.

I’ve been here a bunch of times and the food is always great! I’ve recently started dining in and it’s a great spot to hang out, have some pastries, and get some work done. I can definitely recommend a breakfast egg wrap or a roast beef sandwich. Their freshly made pastries are great too! You can’t go wrong with anything here and it’s consistently great!
Update Oct 2023 – Still an excellent place to have breakfast, brunch, or lunch! Everyone is very friendly here.

Very clean and cozy. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We had the Sauerbraten Deluxe and breakfast sandwich. Both were great. If you haven’t been, the go. Try it. You’ll love it.

I really do hope that the owner/manager reads this. I’m giving 4 stars for the fact that they have a drive through, the phenomenal oat milk latte, and the fruit, lettuce & carrots that came with my breakfast sandwich. The oat milk latte was perfectly frothy and so great, 10/10! I also had an English muffin with egg , cheese & avocado. The bread for the breakfast sandwich was absolutely hard as a rock which tells me one of two things , the bread was either microwaved , or it was stale. Regular English muffins cannot be microwaved. That being said both sandwiches we ordered were like this- the other one didn’t even get eaten unfortunately… I really want to give this place 5 stars, I’ve seen other raving reviews about this place. I hope they can fix the bread issue, I read other people commenting similar things about the bread. This place has a bright future otherwise! Please let me know when you fix the bread thing and I’d be happy to come back and try another sandwich.
