Tried this food truck for the first time and went straight for the Zinger Burger—and wow, it instantly took me back to the KFC Zinger from Karachi! That perfect crispy spice, juicy chicken, fresh lettuce, and the mayo kick… spot-on.
Honestly, I walked up with zero expectations from a random truck on the street, but this was way better than I imagined. Totally worth the stop—Highly recommend if you’re craving that authentic Karachi heat!

The food was very nice and clean. I loved the flavorful Karachi-style bun kabab — brought back real street food vibes.
The zinger burger was also impressive: juicy with a big, satisfying patty. What made it even better was the service — very humble and always smiling staff.

My #1 favorite chicken zinger burger I’ve tried in the Houston area. I prefer it without cheese, the cheese makes it feel a little too heavy. Generous portions, delicious, good quality, and friendly owner/service!

This place a hidden gem. We ordered the zinger burger, golden chicken roll, and beef shami kabob. Everything was great. Usually when you think of rolls, you think of a small roll in a frozen paratha at food trucks. The paratha roll here was made with a big handmade paratha which was actually filling. The zinger burger had extra chicken sticking out of it. I mean to say, the portions were excellent. The tastes and flavors were great as well.

I tried their Zinger on one of my friend’s recommendation, and trust me, their Zinger was 10/10. Super crispy, fresh, and juicy. The size of the Zinger itself was massive as it was coming out of the bun. Highly recommended.

If you’re craving that ‘Karachi Zinger Burger’ taste, this is it. I would even say it’s better because of the portion you get, you feel satisfied! Best zinger in Houston, hands down.
I guess people who gave 1 star reviews don’t understand zinger is supposed to super crunchy and not soggy?!

Maybe my taste buds are different. I didn’t find their Zinger close to what I have had in Karachi or Lahore or Islamabad Pakistan or even in H town. Shawarma chicken was loaded with Tahini sauce couldn’t taste chicken…..
Bun kabab was sweet…not sure which bun kabab in Karachi / Pakistan serves sweet bun kabab. Never had a sweet bun kabab.
Maybe it’s a bad day in kitchen eh? I ll try again. Still couldn’t believe after reading all these reviews.

We ordered on the phone to pick up in 40 minutes. We arrived there 40 minutes later. Waited another 15 minutes for our food. Only for us to find out that he hadnt even started to make our food after we waited 15 minutes per his request. We never got our food and left without it. The food is good but the service is very hit or miss but mostly miss. I don’t think I will be coming back here. The competition for pakistani/indian desi food is fierce and inconsistent service is a really dumb way to lose business.

Went to Kafe Carachi food truck in Richmond, TX and ordered the zinger burger & Beef Bihari paratha roll. And both were really delicious!
Zinger burger tasted like it was made in Karachi! the sauces and slaw really brought everything together and every bite was delightful. (I usually do not like slaw But I enjoyed it on this burger!)
The beef bihari roll was so good as well and is one of the best I’ve had so far here. I highly recommend trying them out. You will NOT be disappointed.
We will return to try them out again!
