We got the creamy basil midori, vegetable lo mein, mango tango roll. I would go back for the creamy basil Ramen, although my husband enjoyed all three. I didn’t really taste any mango in the roll as I was expecting. The vegetable lo mein was my favorite but unfortunately, I think they heavily put soy in there because I did not feel well at all after. My husband got the regular creamy basil Ramen, and I got the mild creamy basil Ramen, and I could definitely taste the spice, it was the right amount of spice for my taste.

Kabuto Sushi and Ramen in Cedar City is an absolute gem! We had the ramen, and it was bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. The broth was rich and comforting, the noodles had the right texture, and every bite felt thoughtfully crafted. Honestly, it was better than most of the ramen houses we’ve been to in Las Vegas, which says a lot. If you’re craving authentic, delicious ramen without the big city drive, Kabuto is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Even with one waitress working today she made sure all the tables were quickly taken care of and did so with a smile on her face. The serving sizes are almost as impressive as the quality of the meal itself.

The food is really good for being in small town Utah! However, where this place stands out is the service. Auria is hands down the best server, she’s fast, attentive, and friendly regardless of how busy the rest of the restaurant is. 10/10 each time we go in

For being in such a rural area finding quality ramen was a selling point. Not having to go to St George or Las Vegas. The options for ramen are plentiful or you make your own with choice of base, protein, and veggies.

FANTASTIC food. Reasonable prices. Family friendly. This is the black garlic ramen. Best ramen I have ever put in my mouth! Everything we ordered was great! My kids got the kids meals and loved them.

My husband and I have come here (or ordered a pickup order) a handful of times and have really enjoyed it. However we called and placed a pickup order and disappointed is an understatement. My husband and I recently had a baby and this was our first Valentine’s Day with a baby. We decided to keep things simple by ordering good food and have a at home date night. We ordered two sushi rolls, and a ramen. The wait was 30 minutes, which then my husband waited another twenty once he got there. We didn’t mind waiting (again knew they were busy) but once we received our food everything was cold. We live less than a minute drive from here so it seemed like the food was sitting for a while. Sushi was soggy, ramen was cold. Next, My husband ordered a ramen with chicken instead of pork and no egg since he is allergic. Well the ramen had pork and the egg. We understand it was Valentine’s Day so they were busy, but we were just trying to have a fun night at home and we deserved at least the food we ordered. Not to mention it is pretty pricey so we expect good quality.

Decent sushi rolls! The Spicy Crispy Rice Appetizer was great, Mango Tango Roll was our favorite. Thank you for the great service!
(Ps. waiting for the Italian-Spanish spot in SLC… )

I love Kabuto! I started coming here when it opened in December and they never miss a beat. My favorite roll is The Citrus Mistress. When I came in today the hostess Kaylee was kind and sat me and my family quickly. Our server Randi was so funny and i recommend coming around 5:30

I went here looking to see if there was some good sushi and ramen in Cedar City and I was not disappointed. The service is remarkably prompt and friendly, and the food is spectacular! For sushi I ordered the Mango Tango and the Citrus Mistress. Both were better than sushi I’ve tried almost anywhere else in Utah! I also ordered the creamy basil ramen (pictured) with mild spice, and it was more than I could have hoped for! This is a fantastic place and gets my highest recommendation!

Very inviting new sushi rolls featuring tempura shrimp, but we went with favorites in a larger portion: Unagi (baked eel) Donburi and Chicken Yakisoba. Ruthy helped me get onions removed from my miso soup starter and salad, and the eel entrée was succulent and wonderful. The yakisoba had plenty of sauce – I ended up sharing some of the rice of my Donburi to soak it up. Just a wonderful Sunday dinner! Kabuto always delivers delicious!

11 months back: Open Sunday, number one. And they have yellowtail collar, my favorite! And the Nigiri Saba (Makerel) was perfect, with a hair-thin small slice of lemon on top.

My spouse thought the “mild” spice in the Ramen was more “medium,” but they have a “no spice” original that we’ll try next time.

Two Sundays later, we came back to try some non-ramen food. I got adventurous and ordered the Rolley Rice Bowl, an intriguing mix of surimi, furikake, sushi rice and sesame seeds, with a dash of chili oil, topped with avocado and an Ebi heart. It was delicious! I also tried sushi-chef TJ’s special nigiri, pan-seared salmon belly. My spouse commenced a walk-through of a new menu “to try everything,” and devoured the three-meat fried rice before I was half finished with my rice bowl. Once again, a great meal!
