My family has been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years!! Especially on birthdays and special events. We are very disappointed in the decline of this restaurant over the past 5 years.We came on Christmas night 2025. We wern’t greeted as we enter. As someone who used to often order takeout from the front, I stopped because the woman who is always running the takeout counter is very rude. It depends on who you get as a cook of it is a enjoyable or entertaining dinner. More often than not you get a cook that looks like they do not want to be there. When you eat hibachi you pay for the experience you pay to have the food cooked infront of you for a reason! While ordering the waitress taking my order paused in the middle of me ordering and walked away to tell one of her coworkers something. Then asked me to repeat my entire order. The miso soup only had mushrooms in it and had a very weird taste. The vegetables were soggy and overcooked. The rice was white in multiple spots (not enough seasoning) . The steak was extremely bland. The waitress was aggressive. 5 minutes into the food being done she handed us our checks and boxes. She came out of the kitchen every few minutes to see if we had paid yet. Staring at us making us uncomfortable. At this point the food had only been infront of us for 10 minutes. The waitresses have done this the past 5-6 times we have ate here. They sit you down, you wait forever, and then as soon as the food is done they rush you out and make you very uncomfortable until you do so. The worst part is while we were still eating they started clearing off the table completely of all condiments preparing for close. Waitresses were sitting right infront of us leaning on the table and talking very loudly while we were eating with no regard or privacy. It was very rude and disrespectful. While we were eating nearby tables were being cleaned with chlorine bleach making it hard to breathe. And very unsafe to a person with compromised breathing. This was not regular household bleach. Smelled like a swimming pool. As we left , there was a ton of workers in the front talking loudly and nobody said a word as we left. The workers here have horrible attitudes and are extremely unwelcoming. And now, the food isn’t any good either. Not much going for this restaurant . 0/10 Do not recommend.

Staff is very consious of social distancing and mask wearing. Our chef was wearing a mask as well as gloves the entire time. We ordered a couple of sushi rolls, and hibachi steak, chicken and shrimp. The fried rice is excellent here and I love the variety in the vegetables. Atmosphere was great. We had an issue of a cold draft at first but the issue was resolved quickly. One of our favorite locations to visit for a date night!

Decided to try a different hibachi. The atmosphere had an older been there a while feel to it. Which usually means it’s good. That wasn’t my experience. The salad was just iceberg lettuce with what seemed like a very watered-down ginger dressing. The clear soup had zero flavor and only two small pieces of mushroom floating in it. Was very disappointing. The hibachi itself wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t as flavorful as others I’ve had. I got chicken and steak with the usual rice and vegetables. The hibachi overall had a sweet taste to it, which was kinda odd. With the bill being $70 for 4 people (with a crab rangoon appetizer) I wasn’t impressed. For that price, I’d rather go down the road to kumo. Where I know the quality is worth the price and won’t be disappointing. Unfortunately, I do not recommend nor will I eat here again.

Friendly staffs and funny chefs. You should try hibachi lunch. They have corn in fried rice and they customize your options, which is really nice!
