Big thanks to our Boss Javid for treating us to Kabul Star Restaurant yesterday! The space was clean, spacious and they even have a lovely lounge/eating area with Afghani decor so you can experience the cultural way of sitting and eating with friends and family. The staff was friendly and made sure you were taken care of! The food was excellent! The lamb was fresh and tender, and every dish was delicious! This is a great addition to the El Cajon Community and I will definitely add Kabul Star to my favorite restaurant list!

My husband and I had a great dinner at Kabul Star Restaurant. This is a new restaurant. It opened 2 weeks ago. The food was really good. And the price justifies both the food taste and quality. We had beef kofta’s, lamb biryani and chicken karhai. Each dish exceeded our expectations. Great restaurant! Great food and great prices.
