Favorite sushi place! We came from out of state because we love this restaurant so much. We’ve come many times, usually dine-in but also once to go. The sushi is very fresh and tasty, and reasonably priced. We especially enjoy the sweetheart roll, Godzilla roll, rose roll, and new rainbow roll! Pleasant staff and lovely atmosphere, as well. Can’t recommend enough!

Delicious sushi and tasty appetizers await here. The food is of exceedingly high quality, and the unique and enjoyable rolls are all a genuine treat. Highlights include the Tako and Tuna Castle rolls.
Even outside the sushi, the options are good. The soups are perfectly seasoned and balanced, while the various appetizers and non-sushi entrees are carefully prepared.
Service is prompt and courteous, and the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful.

I must say the food here is great and the sushi is extremely fresh but the service is not so good coming from the male waiter. It’s uncomfortable almost. I’m not sure if he is looking for a particular crowd and just want to scare you off so you don’t come back or what. I’m a very happy energetic person but everytime I visit this place I get the same vibes from the same waiter even paying my bill is hard with him it always seems to be an issue just with him and I almost don’t want to come back but the food is good I just wish the environment was also.

I’m not sure how this place got 4.4 stars. The food is flavorless. It looks good, and the texture of everything is perfect, but it’s no flavor. I couldn’t taste any pepper in the pepper tuna roll. The volcano roll doesn’t have a tinge of spice. The chicken and vegetable tempura have the perfect amount of crunch, but no flavor. The sauce for the tempura also has no flavor. If you enjoy food with little flavor, this is the place for you. Service was okay. But I would not recommend it. I regret spending $30 here on the first visit. I had high hopes from the other reviews, but they must be by people with low standards, or simple palates

The good here was amazing. The Beef Negimaki was hands down my favorite thing, I could have eaten 5 servings and left happy. Everything was cooked to perfection and the sushi was amazing. I was very surprised (in a good way) with the prices. We will be back again and again when were in KOP.

Not a good take out experience. Had tofu pad Thai which the tofu was very limp (had to pick it out and sear on the stove). The noodles were nothing but oil with no flavor. Had tuna sushi rolls which are mid at best, and the staff luke warm. Kummamon is far better and only a quarter of a mile away, go there!

Entering their establishment, I immediately felt welcomed by the cozy ambiance and charming decor. Everything looked so good on the menu that it took me some time to decide. Never was I rushed. We ordered several things and portions were gigantic with lovely presentation. The chicken katsu was a bit dry but everything else was great. We were surprised by the complimentary sashimi garnish on one of our choices, and were also presented with a small beautiful wooden box with chopsticks. I have dined at so many Japanese restaurants in several states, this a first time one has ever done something that thoughtful. What a wonderful place! Thank you so much ♡
