Food was good! Server was friendly, we didn’t have to wait terribly long even though they were pretty busy. Will definitely be eating here again!

I actually wouldn’t give them 1 star but I wanted to share my experience. First of all the ambiance does not fit the menu pricing. Now mind u I don’t mind paying for a good meal. I’ve spent as much as $400. For a spectacular meal in LA. The hot green tea was the star of the highlight of the meal. The service was was very slow though no fault of the wait staff but, somewhat overly explained. The spring rolls were still cold in the center, confirming that they are frozen not made in house. I ordered the scallops and chicken. The scallops were flavorless and mushy, the chicken was sparse with little to no vegetables. Noodles were overcooked and oddly seasoned. I would not recommend this restaurant. Im just glad I didn’t order and sushi! Sorry, but a big thumbs down on this one!

Very surprised by this strip mall sushi joint. I’ve eaten a lot of sushi and for the price point this is a great place to go! The rice was good, the fish was fresh and the miso soup was delicious. My son had the hibachi chicken and the portion was enormous! His meal was also quite good.
The atmosphere leaves a little to be desired as a the servers are still pretty new and the decor is very basic, but it is clean and we were comfortable there. I’d recommend this spot, especially at this price!

WORST experience!!!!
They are tacky. Sloppy. Unprofessional. Lacking. Disrespectful. Pushy. Arrogant. And insulting.
We had a server (bless his cotton socks) that clearly had never served before, overseeing our party, and the establishment and management did nothing to assist him with his overwhelm. They set him up for failure.
You know what they say….. take care of your employees. They’ll work even harder for you.
Take care of your patrons, and they’ll always return.
This place is a dump. And a joke. I highly DONT recommend it. You’d be better off going through a drive through.

Place was cute, waitress was such a sweetheart, we got a table pretty quick. The sushi is probably the worst I’ve ever tasted. We spent over $150 on different sushi rolls and sashimi as well as nigiri. The imitation crab was terrible, The raw salmon was not even close to real soft, delicate, buttery salmon. Over all I wouldn’t ever eat sushi here again, but the people that were working were very nice.

Haven’t even finished eating and wanted to stop and review.
Amazing. What an awesome addition to Winchester. Like many restaurants that are just starting, the decor is sparse but very clean. The wait staff was attentive.
Here is the thing. The sushi. I hope I can post my photos because it was as amazing as it looked. Also got the chicken habachi which was really good and a great portion size. Miso soup was spot on.
We arrived before 4:30 (dinner open time for temporary hours) and we were 3rd in line. It’s just after 5 and the dining room is at capacity with people waiting to be sat.
Each thing we ordered would get a 5/5 for the price.

I really enjoyed this Hibachi and Sushi restaurant. I drove all the way from Greenville to just come try out this restaurant. I wish we could have an awesome sushi restaurant with such an awesome owner, such as this one in Greenville. Cause you have to drive for miles to get to one and then take a chance on it being good.
I was really impressed with the chicken Hibachi and the monster special sushi roll. What really left an awesome impression was the authenticity of the food and of course the hot tea.
The owner, was personable and stopped by our table and asked how our food tasted (as well as our waitress) and if we enjoyed it? That’s what I say makes an awesome and well run restaurant.
I definitely will be back.

Kabuki has been a wonderful growing experience to watch. I like to go to places a few times before I write them off. I am thankful on this one. The first time I went in there I didn’t think I would ever be back. Food took almost an hour from order to table (which for the crowd wasn’t very understandable). Some food was cold and lets just say it wasn’t a good experience. So after a few months of growing and evolving I gave it another shot. Glad I did, the food has gotten so much better. The hibachi food is coming out fresher and tastier. I tried real sushi (not the rolls but actual Nigiri) and found it quite tasty. The only thing is from time to time there are rather large orders that come in and tie up the Itamae, so sometimes that can be annoying as you just want your sushi fix and are being constantly reminded that your order is coming up because of a large order. I think it will keep getting better, but baby steps at this point.

Our food was average at best.
It was served quickly and our server Dylon was courteous, however everything was very salty. My wife ordered the shrimp lo mein, and I ordered the shrimp hibachi. They pretty much tasted the same, overpowered by a salty soy sauce.
