Came looking for a good Shaorma. It was fresh and tasty just not the original Shaorma we were hoping for. A little too much sauce and oily substance dripping out of it. Messy at the end. Good taste, good food, but don’t expect the “original” Shaorma

Very tasty place that had all of my favorites. I did not have it but the falafel looked amazing. We had the chicken and beef skewer plates and the meat was so tender and flavorful. The rice was prepared so well, And the salad and sauce that came on the side rounded out the dish. I wish that the plates came with pita, but I did not mind to order a side and man was it good hot off the grill.

Food is five stars. I have been eating at the Flat Iron mall branch for 2 years now and it is great. Specifically I love the gyros sandwich. Today (09/21/2025) it was the first time I visit the Boulder Pearl Street branch at 1.30 pm. The food is still great, the only comment is about the air conditioning inside the restaurant. It was sooo hot, I hope it was just occassional problem with conditioning today. Otherwise, it is great and strongly recommended !
PS: just a suggestion, if Ayran yogurt is added to the drink menu, it would be awesome !!!

Delicious gyros! This is a no frills counter service spot for excellent and authentic food. Food and service were both great. The atmosphere wasn’t bad by any means, but it was very basic – about average for counter service lunch spots in the area.

I *believe* this is the second location for Kabora Gyros and Kabobs, and we tried it based on reddit reviews and because it was local. Just WOW! Very kind and helpful owner / manager, clean and tidy and the food was fantastic. If you’re looking for a really solid lunch or dinner and don’t want to spend $100 like some of the local, Boulder establishments (also great but spendy), this is a great option. My kids and I will be back often.
