The fish tasted fresh and well-prepared, and the presentation was clean and appealing. We ordered a variety of sashimi and specialty rolls, and everything came out balanced and flavorful without being overly heavy on sauces.
Service was attentive and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable — great for both a casual dinner and a nicer night out.
Definitely a solid choice if you’re in the area and craving good sushi.

Very nice place, all types of sushi and other meals that are amazing. Great for a date or tomgo wuth friends clasical japanese style. Very good cheff selection. Try the different cocktails and vast selection of raw fish. The korean crispy ribs are also amazing.

The cooked shrimp sushi was absolutely delicious. The shrimp was perfectly tender with a mild, slightly sweet flavor that paired beautifully with the seasoned rice. Everything tasted fresh, clean, and well-balanced not overpowering at all. A great option if you prefer sushi that’s flavorful without being raw. I’d definitely order this again!

I had a great experience with my party here. We started with the miso soups which were very delightful and rich in taste, then we ordered almost all of the nigiri types. The fish was very fresh and delicious but I think the rice could be improved and the fish could be cut a little bit thicker than we received it.
We also got some of the hot dishes like the gyoza (the sauce was amazing but was not a fan of the gyoza itself) shrimp tempura (very nice) and the fried chicken which was delicious!
The service was excellent, Eric was our server and he always checked on us and kept an eye on everything. I really enjoyed the yuzu gimlet cocktail as well. An extra detail that I really appreciated is that they separated the various nigiris into 4 separate plates for each person instead of putting everything together, which made it much easier to eat.

First, the service was absolutely flawless! My server Thi P was literally the best! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and every time I need a drink or wanted a roll, he was right there.
The drinks were amazing, the food amazing! The vibes were great! The LV roll is the best roll I’ve ever had in my life! I also sat at the sushi bar and those guys are awesome! Seeing their talent in action was great but they are also so friendly and kind!

Our server Mackenzie made a wonderful big difference in my first impression of Kabooki. My mom & I came in without a reservation for magical dining and were seated promptly. I do wish their sake list was a bit more ample with more price ranges and the acoustic I found not to my liking for even an intimate setting: I found myself shouting a bit or having to guess what was said. It’s cool if that’s the vibe you want. Tori Tori -Esque but make it sit down dinner!

Excellent! The ambiance is calming and intimate. Greeted by a lovely host who offered me options for seating since I was dining alone understanding that dining alone doesn’t mean you want to be alone. Decided the bar area because of the ambiance of the lit bar and the potential conversation of the bartenders. Bartenders were wonderful. They knew all about the menu, suggested drink pairings, didn’t mind me drinking mineral water. I had two rolls, the j roll which was full of flavor from the truffle cream to the sweetest chili and then for a spicier flare, I had the double tekka roll that had house infused tamari and kizami wasabi. Both rolls were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Ryan made our entire experience 5 stars !!! From the moment we sat down to when we left ! Everything was amazing, but what made the experience was Ryan!!! He went above and beyond explaining the menu to us, recommending his favorites to being so attentive! He also executed the timing of our dishes perfectly!

My wife and I went reserved a table through Resy on a Sunday evening to give it a try. We were very happy to have had the best server, McKenzie. She was very knowledgeable, easy going, accommodating and friendly. I have a shell fish allergy and she knew the menu so well she was able to make recommendations and adjustments to make sure I was taken care of. My wife loved her spot on recommendations.
The food was very good, very bold flavors and some unique combinations we will be going back to have again. We really enjoyed our experience and hopefully we’ll be able to sit in McKenzies section again!
