Chorba is healthy, filling, and delicious. I placed a pick up order for Chicken Pilaf and Lamb Pilaf. They came with a side salad and pitas. I also ordered the lentil soup.
The meals were well prepared with excellent flavor. The lentil soup is blended into a creamy broth, the flavors were fantastic.
I’ll be stopping here on the regular.
Finding quality restaurants that make healthy meals is hard to find these days.

This is truly a can’t-miss bistro in the Ormond Beach area! Stop off A1A by the sea and you’ll find the most flavorful and fresh Turkish cuisine. Everything we tried from savory to sweet was clearly made with care and beautifully presented. The menu was very approachable with photos and descriptions for those who may be trying something new! Welcoming hospitality and can’t wait to come back for a coffee & to try their breakfast menu too.

I ordered from this restaurant today at 5:45 for dinner. I placed an order and received a text that it would be ready at 6:10. I ordered chicken and kafta plates with rice. When I got to the place which is a tiny little restaurant with no atmosphere, I figured it would be a good place to get take out from. when I got there, there was only one man working in the kitchen. I stood there for 20 minutes before he came over. He ignored me and talked to a gentleman that had also been waiting. He told him his fries were almost ready. So we waited again for about 10 minutes. When he finally looked at me, he told me it would be another 30 minutes before my order was ready. And when I looked upset, he got upset and told me to tell “her” about the texts that were not accurate. I don’t even know who he was talking about. So I went out to my car and waited for 40 minutes just to be on the safe side. When I walked back in, he looked up my order and to my shock, he hadn’t even started making it!! He told me that they were out of rice AND out of meat!!! He told me to take it up with the mysterious “her.” I was so surprised—I asked him why had he sold me food he didn’t have. He said they prepared everything but they had run out. No apology—just a smile on his face like this was a normal day. I asked him to cancel my order. I CANNOT BELIEVE I WASTED CLOSE TO AN HOUR AND A HALF OF MY TIME IN THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!! I’m still pretty angry about the whole thing and his very nonchalant attitude. You can guess that I will never be back to this place and will never recommend it to anyone.

This itty bitty spot seriously delivers; amazing flavors, friendly service, and super fresh food. We had the lentil soup, wraps, the peasant salad, and a mezze platter…way too much, yes, but we took the leftovers home and enjoyed them again for dinner.
Everything tasted homemade and authentic, and we wrapped it all up with a strong, delicious Turkish coffee. Small place, big flavors. We’ll definitely be back!

I am so happy there is finally a Mediterranean restaurant in the area! It is a very small place but all of our dishes and sides were really good. I could not stop eating the baba ganoush! We will definitely be back.

I had menemen and Turkish tea for breakfast here, and honestly, it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Everything tasted so fresh and homemade, just like a real Turkish kitchen. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the tea was brewed to perfection. If you’re looking for an authentic, heartwarming Turkish breakfast, this place is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!

Kabab house was great. We came here for lunch and really enjoyed our gyro and chicken sandwiches. The tzaziki and garlic sauces were great. The chicken was marinated so nicely too. We’ll be back!

I ate kısır and my wife ate lentil soup. Both were really delicious. We went again another day to eat lentil soup. Also carrot cake, pistachio cake and Turkish coffee were really good. The owner, Muhammet, is really kind and nice.

I have enjoyed dinner twice at Chorba World. The falafel are the best I’ve ever had and the salad had a delicious dressing! It is hard to find great vegetarian and vegan food in Ormond. This bistro has lots of vegetarian choices! The vegan lentil soup is excellent. The owner is very welcoming and courteous. I highly recommend Chorba World Turkish Bistro!
