This place just opened but they’re already on point with super nice staff. As soon as I ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry Don I could hear the chef in the kitchen pound the meat. Your meal is prepared as freshly as it gets! The chicken had the right balance of crisp and tenderness, without being too deeply fried. The curry sauce is mild and yet very full in flavor with udon noodles being perfectly prepared. It all comes with a small bowl of pickled veggies that are soooo good!
The curry sauce is a bit hot in temperature, so you better not be in a rush.
I’ll definitely be back and can only recommend to check out this new gem in the neighborhood!

We stopped by because my daughter wanted soba, and we were pleasantly surprised. The soba noodles and sauce were perfect — so good that we ordered another one to go!
We also tried the tonkatsu and cheese combo. The tonkatsu was a little salty for our taste, but overall it was still tasty. The miso soup and salad were good as well.
The server was especially kind and friendly.

오픈하자마자 갔는데 리뷰가 좀 늦었네요.
치킨카츠, 민찌카츠, 소바..다 맛있었어요.

Es el mejor tonkatsu que he comido hasta ahora!! La carne muy suave y crocante, me gustó mucho la sopa de miso también, el personal muy amable y atención rápida. Volveré pronto ✨
