I went to high school with Cameron, the owner of K2 on the Korner, and he welcomed us by name as soon as we walked in the door. My wife Cassy and I both ordered the fried fish — absolutely amazing! They had just run out of the beer batter before we got there, but we’re already planning to come back next Friday to try it.
Riley ordered the shrimp with pierogies and I had a few bites — another really good meal. Great food, great service, and a great local family dinner spot.

Great diner food and service. The interior was a bit worn. We had to position ourselves just right on the cushioned booth so the cracks weren’t stabbing our cheeks.

Great food, there were lots of cars but yet it wasn’t noisy and I didn’t feel crowded at all. I had the Swedish it was delicious, loved the Italian toast. Hubby had big breakfast and wow that was big pancakes lol he loved it we will be back!

Old timey diner like place. Very friendly service. The sandwich pictured is the Anthony’ Big Sausage breakfast sandwich. Id rate it the best breakfast sausage I’ve ever had! The sausage has a lingering flavor of fennel which is very refreshing. The sausage is also the largest I’ve seen Ina a sandwich.

The Korner restaurant is a staple of Jackson, Ohio. It is definitely the spot that all the locals go. I love to go here and get breakfast, it’s absolutely delicious. The menu is filled with good ol’ midwestern comfort foods. I stopped in early & was looking forward to breakfast. Your seating options are booths, tables or the counter, I always go for the table. My waitress was over quickly to greet me, give me a menu and bring my cup of coffee. The cheese & bacon omelette was my pick for today, I chose the hash browns & white toast to accompany it. My meal was absolutely delicious & it was a generous portion size as well. I also really enjoy the bottomless cup of coffee. I enjoy the atmosphere of this restaurant, the locals are all very cool & the vibe is definitely relaxed. This is one of my solid go-to’s when I want some awesome down home comfort food. If you haven’t dinned here, you really need to.

WOW, our first time going to K2 on the Corner! When entering, they verbally greet you, food is absolutely outstanding and lots of it, very quick service, & very cheap prices too! We have lived here 10 yrs and have passed this restraunt many times & decided to give it a try today!

A rock solid 4 1/2 experience. Food was plentiful and tasty. Arrived far quicker than expected as well.
I love a good, neighborhood diner and The Korner does not disappoint.
Damn good on the service as well. Our server, sorry I didn’t get her name, made it an overall enjoyable and warming experience. Brought chalk over for our youngin to draw on the blackboard above the booth to keep her busy while we adults talked. That’s service you rarely see anymore.

First time there and we loved it! Staff was very friendly. I cannot have gluten and a woman, who I believe may have been the owner or possibly manager, came over and personally gave me options. They make all their own food. We will definitely be back!
