This is our favorite sushi restaurant in Arizona. At least twice now, we’ve driven up from Mesa just to eat at K Sushi Bar. My wife and I agreed we’d go up twice a year to eat there. The food is amazing and Erika (our waitress) was fantastic! She’s been our waitress at least one or two other times before and she’s always great! Whatever food you get, be sure to also try the Illinois! It is heavenly!

A very beautiful place with friendly staff, an excellent selection of sushi, fast service, and very short waiting times. The quality of the fish is outstanding — everything is extremely fresh and delicious. The place is very clean, including a clean and comfortable restroom. Highly recommended.

10 out of 10 delicious experience ❤️. I came to visit the lakes around here and saw this delicious sushi place on the reviews for Payson. Woww and woww ❤️ The sushi roll options were really good and new and the sashimi melted in my mouth for how soft it was i ordered two rolls and a sashimi sampler and the chef put it on a sushi boat ❤️ it was sooo beautiful ❤️ all the employees were soo friendly and nice ❤️ and very knowledgeable when I had questions. Thank you again everyone it was a beautiful and delicious experience ❤️

ERIKA is the best server. 1000/10 experience with the food, cleanliness and our waiter or course. We’re on a roadtrip and stopped here and it was the highlight of our day. She’s the sweetest and is very attentive and knowledgeable.
Will definitely be coming back on our way back home – hopefully she is our server again! She chatted with us a lot and gave us some water for our dog and overall it was a pleasant time. Thank you!

Went for the first time for dinner the other night and had a wonderful meal! Food was fresh, great quality, and delicious. Service was excellent. Vibe and decor were pleasant and chill. Only complaint was that it was super cold in there. Looking forward to returning! Highly recommend.

Just as delicious as the first time. I just mentioned the large Sake is a wonderful addition to the meal and filled 2 sake cups 4 times. A generous portion of Sake. Tonight we added the deep fried shrimp dumplings also delectable !
Passing thru for work & really didn’t expect much from sushi in the dessert & mountains of AZ.
Everything we ordered was perfect ! The garlic, spicy edamame was delicious, we had the MAINE roll it was excellent ! The hot Sake was perfect with our meal and to top it off we had egg rolls and they were hot and fresh as well. We are going back tonight. Def our go to eat place in Payson. AZ.

Great place. Incredible service is a very humble place to eat and enjoy a delicious sushi dinner, especially at the bar area. The cost very resonable very nice portions of sushi. I enjoyed platter of sushi plus the roll selection is amazing and delicious.

Recently visited K sushi bar and Grill in Payson. Chris was our server he gave us exceptional customer service. He was amazing. The food was amazingly delicious as well ! Also, another thing that I really liked about this restaurant was how clean it was. I loved this place I will definitely be coming back and recommend stopping by if you’re in the Payson area!
